ウズベキスタンの他の都市の比べて、愛想が悪いスタッフが多かった。 ヴィラに滞在したが、テレビが2台共映らなかった。 フロントに言ったが無駄だった。 通常、2、3☆のホテルに泊まっている人なら大丈夫。 タシュケントに行く事がもしあっても、もう選ばない。 良い点は、地下鉄の駅から近いところだけ。

The hotel was spotlessly clean and I loved the large separate shower cubicle and the softest pillows out of the 5 hotels I stayed in in Uzbekistan. What was odd though was at breakfast you had to order hot drinks separately and some are at an additional charge. I didn’t use the pool but lots of other guests were, it’s a shame there were no sun loungers though and only patio style furniture to relax on. Still the pool area was very clean and an added bonus! On leaving the hotel didn’t provide a registration slip and I had to return to get one, from the airport when I realised. The hotel informed me they were no longer required as it was now managed online, despite all other hotels providing them. I’m glad I did go back for it and not put the system to the test as the immigration officer did ask to see them all.

宿泊した部屋は全体的に清潔感があったが、朝食のテーブルが少し汚かった。スタッフの人たちは愛想が特別良いわけでは無かったがこちらが対応してほしいと言ったことに対してはきちんと対応してくれ、安心感があった。

Solid hotel in Tashkent. Close to metro station making it accessible to get to city sites. English speaking staff were helpful. Nice pool to us as well.

This hotel looks like a below-average three star hotel until you experience the reality. The breakfast tables are not cleaned when the guests finish their meal and so you have to sit at a dirty table. I paid in advance €95 for this hotel including breakfast. But in the breakfast-room there is a notice saying that you have to pay extra for coffee or orange-juice. This is completely dishonest, as coffee and orange-juice are included in the price of breakfast in every other hotel. The curtains are very thin, so in summer you are woken up by the sun shining into the room at 5am. There are no bedside lamps, so you have to get out of bed to turn the light on or off. The staff are very lazy and unfriendly. When I asked for help with a heavy suitcase I had to wait until the man finished his cigarette outside the door of the hotel. The internet is very bad (but that is common in Uzbekistan). The quality of the breakfast is terrible. I could have cherry juice or water or tea to drink. The bread was old and hard.

Хороший отель неподалёку от центра. Рядом метро, и на такси недорого по городу передвигаться. В номере чистота, в ванной - собственный бойлер и всегда есть горячая вода. Из минусов: цена проживания и платный чай/кофе на завтрак при такой стоимости проживания.

全体としてコスパのいい、清潔できれいなホテルです
必要な設備はすべて、上質なものが揃っています。清潔な室内、きれいで快適なタオルとシーツ、問題のない水まわり、静寂な環境、栄養バランスのとれた充実した朝ご飯、そこそこ英語の通じるフロント（フロントの人のサービスにはムラがあります。有能で親切な人と、旧ソ連ぽいちょっとやる気のない人と･･･）。 ただ最近備え付けるホテルも出てきたコインラインドリーや、エスプレッソマシンはありません。朝ご飯の時のコーヒーもインスタント。 毎日、500ミリリットルのミネラルウォーターを２本とお茶の葉類を、部屋に補充してくれますが、忘れられる時もあります。フロントで言えばもらえます（ご迷惑をおかけしましたといって余計にくれたりします）。朝食は７時からなので、早朝出発の時は、言えばお弁当を用意してくれます。果物とサンドイッチ、ヨーグルト程度です。 タシケントのホテルは何百ドルかの一流ホテルか、若者が泊まるような非常に安いホテルかに二分される傾向がありましたが、100ドル前後でふつうに快適な、ビジネスマン向けのホテル、というものも出てきました。その中では特に安心して泊まれるホテルです。

小規模ホテルで場所は少し不便。でも非常に清潔で充実した設備。行き届いたサービス。おすすめです
タシケントにはどんどん新しいホテルができていますが、価格と質のバランスがとれていないところもあります。シャルクホテルはその中では良心的なところで、同額のクラスの中ではお勧めできるところです。ビジネスマンや大使館員の利用も多く、満室になっていることも多いです。とにかく非常に清潔で基本的な設備がいいです。タオルもふかふか。室内備え付けの使い捨てスリッパでさえ上等です。室内にはポットやお茶の備え付けがあります。アメニティは、リンス以外あります。バスタブはありません（ある部屋もあるのかもしれません）が、水周りは完璧。お湯の出もいいです。英語もだいたいは通じるし、朝ご飯もとても充実しています。野菜、肉料理、チーズ類、果物もそろっていて、卵料理のオーダーができます。きれいなプールのある中庭を見ながら気持ちよくいただけます。ただサウナやジムなど、ほかの同額のホテルにあるエクストラの設備がなく、またエレベータもありません（２階建てなので、そんなには問題にならないでしょうが）。また、小規模ホテルのせいか、ホテルでは両替ができないと言われました。場所はメトロの駅から近く、大型スーパー、ミニマーケットも徒歩圏にあって問題はないですが、レストランは少ないので、ホテル外で食事をするのは少し不便かもしれません。工芸博物館から徒歩１０分程度の、閑静なお屋敷街です。フリーWIFIは、日本と比べると遅いこともありますが、ウズベキスタンの中では、よく通じる方です。

Large comfortable room situated in Tashkent.
Located five minutes walk from Kosmonavtlar (Cosmonauts) station this was a very convenient hotel. Large comfortable room. Nice looking outdoor pool although we didn't use it as it was winter.

Moderate priced hotel in good location
The Sharq is in a good location - near the main streets of Tashkent and very close to the Kosmonaut metro station. The rooms are small, but nice - the beds comfortable and bathroom clean. Desk service depends on the person attending - one desk attendant was excellent, friendly and helpful...another didn't seem like he could be bothered with our questions. The bar was also spotty - we were told there were two beers available, yet it turned out they only had one bottle of one of them. The same with the wine - one of our party was given the last part of a bottle of wine - much less than a full glass - and then no more red wines were available. The bill for the beer/wine and cheese plate were very high compared with restaurants we had visited.

The hotel is in a good location, and a nice place to stay. Certain staff are friendlier than others at the front desk, and some are more helpful. We stayed only for a day on either end of our trip to other cities. The hotel is warm and comfortable and has good wifi. The rooms are not large but comfortable for one or two people and the price is good.

Fine hotel, but serious taxi problems
We booked a taxi to the Kyrgyzstan border via the hotel reception. When we were discussing the price with the receptionist, we were told that the hotel had to deal with trusted taxi companies to guarantee a good car and good driver with experience on this route. What we got: The car was small and the driver the worst ever: PLEASE READ THIS! He fell asleep (already within one hour after departure, have to tap him on the shoulder or shout to him when his eyes closed, this for 7 hours), He can not drive a car (do not know how to anticipate or he is half blind or both), He can not read the directions signs (even with the 3-letter word O'SH), stopt several times to call or to ask people on the street for the direction. Who is here to blame? The hotel who reserved not with a trusted taxi company The taxi company who turned out not to have a good reputation. The taxi driver who deceived the taxi company.

小さなスーパーマケットまで徒歩1分 地下鉄の駅まで徒歩5分 ナヴォイ劇場や周辺の観光地までも歩いて行ける好立地です。 また、バザールやタシケント駅までも乗り換えなしで行けるのでタシケント市内観光には最適なホテルであると言えると思います。 ホテルのスタッフは親切で英語を話せますので、不自由なく過ごせます。お部屋は特筆する事はなく、快適に過ごせました。 朝食は毎日同じメニューですが、他のホテルと比較して品数が多めに感じました。

Just O.K.
We arrived 3 hours before check in time and although the room was ready and clean they offered us to pay 50% price of a day to get the room earliet. We decided to wait. The room was very clean nut beds were squeaky, hard and not comfotable. Breakfast was good but it took 15 minutes to serve us bad quality coffee (for extra charge). Next time we'll try to find a better place.

Imagine a hotel that: 1. Although in your reservation you have paid for breakfast, in the breakfast room there is a notice warning that "Dear guests, American coffee, espreso, capuccino and fresh juice" are not included and that you must pay them additionally (see photo) 2. The price of these extras is 3 times the price in the city. 3. That breakfast quality is the worst of our four hotels visited in Uzbekistan. 4. That you present your reservation when you arrive in the morning from the airport and although they confirm that they have a lot of free rooms ready to be occupied, they tell you that the check-in is from 2pm, but that if you pay as an extra 50% of the price of the room you can use it before. 5. You leave the baggage to the bell-boy and when you finally occupy your room it takes 25 minutes to take it to your room after repeated telephone claims. And... finally you decide to go directly to the basement and pick them up because they are not in a locked place. If you prefer a customer-centered hotel instead of an exclusively profit-centered business this is definitely not your hotel.

Очень приличный отель в удобном месте. Современный, чистый, очень приятный персонал. Хороший номер (люкс с отдельной гостиной). На завтрак обязательно пробуйте самсу - очень вкусно!

깔끔하고 친절한 호텔
규모는 작지만 굉장히 깔끔하고, 가까이에 슈퍼마켓도 있어서 좋습니다. 부촌지역이라 이쁜집도 많고 외국대사관도 있습니다. 경찰청, 인터폴도 가까이 있어서 굉장히 안전한 지역입니다. 단점이라면 이면도로에 있어서 초행길에는 찾아가기 힘들수 있습니다.

Decent but needs a lot of improvement in service!
The hotel is pretty new and decent compared to others in the city, however, I had quite a few issues during my stay. The Good: 1. They have a good restaurant. Food is available and quite good. 2. Folks are very helpful. 3. Breakfast is good. The Bad: 1. There was a group and they were very noisy. If you are staying, make sure you get a room not facing the pool. The group arrived late and lest very early in the morning interrupting my sleep multiple times. 2. The internet connection is not great. When I asked to use the meeting room, they allowed me first and then asked me to leave. So don't plan to work from the hotel! 3. They started cleaning the adjacent room at 8:30 am on Sat completely destroying my sleep again. 4. The AC has limited speed and is fast so difficult to get comfy.

2017年GW、こちらに計3泊しました。 移動ばかりの旅行でホテルでゆっくりとはできませんでしたが、従業員もみなさん気持ち良い対応でストレスなく過ごせました。安いホテルは探せばもっとありますが、安全で清潔で、払う価値ありです！ アメニティは充実しているわけではありませんが、スリッパがあり嬉しかったです。 また、3泊とも出発が早くランチボックスをお願いしたのですが、これが美味しい！！オススメです♪ 空港からタクシーで15分弱、ナヴォイ劇場まで歩いて20分くらいで行けます。

隣がすぐスーパーで(酒は売ってない)地下鉄の駅も近く立地はよい かなりの値段がするので当然だが部屋は相応のデキ しかしミニバーは冷蔵庫があるはずの収納部分に缶とか瓶がそのまま入ってる 英語は完璧に通じる。むしろどこの資本なのかよくわからない タクシーは正規のタクシーが呼んだらすぐ来るので非常によい チェックアウト時にあと3ドル払えと言われたが、フロントの人が 突然どこかにいって「不要です」と言われた 理由は聞かなかったが部屋の水は有料なのかも 部屋のWi-Fiは快適に繋がる 朝食はいろいろと小分けにラップされていて清潔感はあるが お茶はいるかなど一切聞いてこないのでサービスはイマイチ
