L'appartamento è centrale. Le camere sono arredate con mobili datati. Personale al check-in e check-out praticamente assente, si prendono e si lasciano le chiavi in un chiosco nei pressi.

They don't clean or take out the garbage. They were otherwise very helpful via cell phone communication. The apt was comfortable, everything working.

Amazing place and location!
I was more than pleasantly surprised how nice and great this place was. Much better and bigger than pictures show. It is located by a great intersection. Grabbing a taxi super easy. Dizengoff mall is almost next door along with supermarkets and many many places to eat. Great air conditioner, kitchen packed with every utensil and need, very clean, big flat tv, it is all in a very private apartment style accomodation. It is all automated, you pick up key at shop next door and use your code to get in emailed to you. I would definitely stay here again, price is not bad and it gives you experience of feeling like you live there. If i had to find anything bad, is that elevators are tad small and when you come out you still have a few steps to enter apartment which is not a bad thing itself.

As instalações, equipe de contato e o local são muitos bons. O apartamento dispõe de todos os equipamentos necessários à uma boa estadia. O ponto negativo é a limpeza, tanto das instalações quanto, principalmente, dos equipamentos da cozinha. O vidro do janelão da cozinha e sala pareciam que não eram limpos desde a época de Cristo.

Very good Location Moderately priced for Tel Aviv It’s an apartment block, so no office You get the key from a minimart two doors away Room is big The floors are at half floors from the elevator stops. I.e., after getting off at the “Floor 1" from the elevator, you still have to climb up or down half a floor of steps to to get to your room. This was a nuisance for me but would be seriously problem for a women or a disabled person with a large suitcase. Check out with left-for-a-few-hours luggage involves leaving the luggage on the fourth floor near what I presume is the manager’s suite. The bar-restaurant next to the apartment entrance serves the best grilled ham and cheese sandwich I have ever eaten.

Great place to stay for families
Great place to stay in heart of Tel Aviv. I was thankful that the room was equipped with a washer and dryer, especially while traveling with children. The owner was very responsive with requests and questions.

Appartement confortable en plein cœur du centre
Appart hotel bénéficiant d'une très bonne localisation. Appartement très spacieux avec tous les appareils électroménagers dont on peut avoir besoin. La déco est vintage, mais pas vieillotte! La remise des clefs est hyper simple, le commerce qui les garde est juste en dessous. Je n'ai juste pas réussi à replier le clic clac!

Pleasant apartment in happening location. Management is off site, so if you got locked out it would be a problem. Instructions covered most things, though. Hot water has to be turned on with an umarked button which took me a while to figure out. I had some difficulty completing the payment, which was not actually collected by hotels.com for some reason, which required quite a bit of correspondence before arriving.

Great apartment, great location!
Comfortable, cozy apartment with great location, right in the heart of downtown Tel Aviv. Great balcony to enjoy the sun. Above a bar; can be a little noisy in the late evening (9-11pm) but not obnoxious. Kitchenette is workable, but only for small meals.

New renovated vacation apartment in prime location
The place was newly renovated and clean, and the location was great. We had no trouble getting in, even though there is no lobby or reception. The only issue was minor upkeep. There was a large stain on one of the shelves and the coffee maker was not clean (i.e. it had very old coffee in it).

Unclean establishment on great location
Entering the apartment there was dust, filth, and grease on walls, lamps, behind doors, in cupboards, on the furniture. The same for the stairways getting to the apartment. The staff was very responsive to fix the problems including providing us with new cookware because the cookware in place was ready to be retired. After intensive cleaning two times over two days, it was no longer impossible to stay in the apartment. That meant that we accepted sticky cupboards, stains on walls, dirty pots and pans and plates and cutlery, dust here and there, a sofa with discusting marks of food or what have you, and a filthy stairway to the apartment. Coming back home, we have confronted the company with the situation and proposed to get a partial refund of the money we paid as compensation for the poor cleanliness of the property, the apartment, and the time we had to spend getting the place up to decent status during our vacation. The response from management was that we were trying to blackmail the company, and they sent us a picture saying 'we love all customers - some when they stay, some when they leave'. Nice way to recognise a problem and treat a previous customer!

מיקום טוב במרכז תל אביב מרחק הליכה מתאטראות , חוף הים והשוק. הדירה יפה ומעוצבת אך התחזוקה לא מספיק מוקפדת ונקייה בעיקר המקלחת ! חנייה בעייתית . מומלץ לחנות בחניה חופשית ולהגיע במונית .

Absolutely the worst "hotel" ever!
This place isn't a hotel but apartment, and NO maid service! We, family of 4, stayed here 3 nights, but not enough sheets, pillows and towels. The biggest problem was one child had to sleep on couch, and other child had to sleep on a board pulling out from under the couch! On the first morning, there was no hot water on shower. Washer didn't work. Then the next day, A/C didn't work. It was absolutely a horrible place to stay!

Bra läge, trevlig rum för en familj. Älskar att det finns tvättmaskin på rummet. Sängarna var väldigt hårda, bäddsoffan rätt så smutsig. Men det var bra städat. Det finns ingen reception på hotellet, man måste ringa, sms:a eller maila för att få tag på någon. Vi hade svårt att få tag på någon från hotellet en gång behövde vi toapapper det tog två dagar. Vi fick inte tag på dem när vi skulle checka ut.

3 nights in September
We chose King George for 2 stays during our trip through Israel. It was a really good idea to stay here because the location is great. It is not far from the beach and along the street there are so many cool restaurants and bars as well as shops! The owner was super helpful and flexible. The only negative thing is the bathroom - there is unfortunately some water damage/mold that I hope they will fix!

Clean, well-appointed, great location. However, a query to the owner regarding slow internet was answered, but not resolved. Internet is extremely important for planning and the rooms service was unusable.
