“I was advised by staff at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel that their sister hotel, the Ocean View Hotel was closed due to maintenance. So I can not give you feedback for that stay. However, I was given a room at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel instead. Normally when I stay at the Cottonwood Hotel it is for a break and I always book the ocean view room.
