Ottimo rifugio della fauna selvatica con l'accesso ad una delle più belle spiagge della costa dell'Oregon. The Cape Meares Rifugio offre un'eccellente visualizzazione della fauna selvatica per le specie di falchi pellegrini a balene grigie!

Accogliente 1000 sq ft casa con un ampio giardino e splendida vista sul Pacifico. È possibile guardare le balene passano dal tuo salotto! La casa dispone di cavo e internet ad alta velocit������ in modo da ��� una scelta eccellente per una vacanza di lavoro.

Questo ���� il luogo ideale per soggiornare lontano dalla folla ma è comodo a molte delle grandi citt���� della costa. Situato in un quartiere tranquillo che confina con il Capo Mears Wildlife Refuge, questa casa offre tutti i comfort per farvi dimenticare la vostra vita frenetica.

La casa dispone di tre camere da letto. Due delle camere hanno letti matrimoniali e la terza camera ha un divano letto queen size.

Potete prendere le scale per una delle pi�� belle spiagge della costa dell'Oregon, che è delimitata su un lato da scogliere rocciose e dall'altro dal faro di Capo Meare. Ci sono formazioni rocciose, cascate giù per la spiaggia, e una grande variet�� di fauna selvatica. La spiaggia rocciosa si trasforma in inverno, ma la sabbia si accumula tutta l'estate.

C'è una rigorosa politica no smoking in questa casa che è punibile con una multa di 500 dollari per ogni prova di fumo. Il camino a legna non è disponibile per gli ospiti.

Not recommended
The house was fine. In the add for the home said it was 6 miles from Tillamook. If you are a bird that might be true, but I drive a car and it is probably at least 3 times that. The homes beds were squeaky and ancient. Now they are filing a claim against me that says I broke one if these beds. We did nothing other than sleep in them. I have been pleased with my past vrbo experiences. This is not a good experience

Could have been amazing, but….
The house and location are great!! The hike to short beach was fun! Things that need attention: -The beds are TERRIBLE! You can’t move without squeaks and the entire bed shifting. New mattresses cost maybe $200 on Amazon and would make a huge difference. -There’s a coffee pot, but no filters or coffee. A keurig and k-cups would be a beneficial upgrade. Or simply communicating that we needed to provide filters would have been helpful. -The hot tub was grimy and there was a system note that said that the filter needed to be cleaned. Why did I pay a hot tub fee for a dirty hot tub? -While staying the neighbors had a dog that came on the property and used the bathroom in the yard….. -Twice I reached out before the trip with questions, including verifying the hot tub was in working order. I never got a response. These issues could have been avoided with better management and some simple upgrades that would cost less than the cost we paid to stay for the weekend.

Great deal
Fabulous location and views, clean but spartan. The pullout couch in the 3rd bedroom is very uncomfortable for sleeping- it should be a bed, as there’s no reason to sit on the sofa in an empty white room with only an overhead light for company.

Don’t rent this place it’s very unclean
There were 8 burned out light bulbs, the lint trap looked like a blanket, it’s 1.5 bathrooms not 2, the mattress were very uncomfortable probably 30 years old and disgusting full of stains, ripped carpet in the rooms and the blinds don’t fit the window, sinks drain very slowly, one of the bedrooms had very tiny ants in the sheets, dishes in the kitchen we’re not clean, screen door falls off when you move it, blinds on the sliding door fall off if you open them, the list goes on and on, I’m pretty sure they bought everything from good will, and I don’t want to think about the hot tub I was in.

Great Location but needs attention to detail
The location is amazing, just a short walk from our favorite beach on the coast. The unit has a great view and is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. If there was better attention to detail this would get a 5 star review. However, the mattresses were old, dirty, and badly worn out, making sleep difficult. Also there wrre only 4 hangers in the unit, which is an odd amenity to skimp on given the cost. If the mattresses were replaced I'd highly recommend.
