Dear Guest, Firstly thank you for booking our property! We are so sorry to read this review from your part. After you made check out housekeeping made the cleaning and all the things in the room were thrown in the bin. Inside the room you have one letter where is written that you have to be careful for your personal things. The jacket has been with a mark on the floor near bin. So dear guest, you need to be careful with your clothes not to throw, also with the sentences when you accuse someone. How can we stole when you made check out and you where not even on the hotel?This is intolerable and very offensive. Dear Guest, Firstly thank you for booking our property! You get acquainted with the photos of the hotel area from the moment you make your reservation. We can kindly make our photos now from the hotel and we can send it to you , you can clearly see that are exactly the same. Colors decoration and room amenities can not be fake are all functional. We have apartments and the rooms in the same buildings, in 2 floors because we can not have 12 rooms in the same floor. The apartment is next to the rooms with a partition door with a key which can not be opened by anyone other than the person who has the key. Our hotel is located in a good safe area where nothing bad has happened for years. We are responsible for everything that happens as the host we are. We show photo from inside the hotel and of course the photo of the view that the guests will have, we can not make photo from the other side of a street to another hotel with another name to post it here, when it is obviously that is not the name of our hotel. This is a small and very familiar hotel, and always happy to welcome our guests. If you had doubt about the environment inside the hotel and about the apartment in particular you had the opportunity to ask about it to the reception, and they could kindly give you all the answers that you would need. You do not have anywhere qualified that we offer the service of carrying your suitcases or accompany you to the rooms, as long as the rooms are easily accessible. And if you would asked for help, our staff would offer you with kindness. In all ways we thank you for your review, because this will help us to improve ourselves in a better way. Dear guest, First of all we would like to thank you for booking your stay in Tirana with us. Regarding to your stay, we announced you two days before because we belived that we could open Oda Hotel in those days, knowing that we were on reconstruction of the structure it self, but some problems came along and we couldnt be open for your dates. The hotel that we offered you is pretty new as you say it. Regarding to the road, you are right that might be a little bit difficult to find it, but this is another problem for the municipality. We didnt offer you any discount because you had an promotional price of 22€/night. On my knowledge, you checked in on your second date of stay, and we did offer you an extra day of stay. As for the shower gel tubes, the recepstion had asked you if you need room service and your answer was" everything is fine, no need", in this case, no one gets inside our guests room if they do not say that they need room service.
