La struttura si trova in una zona esattamente strategica di Tokyo. Unica pecca la vicinanza alla metropolitana che passa ogni 30 secondi per cui è costantemente molto rumoroso nonostante fossi al 12esimo piano.

Sequence was in an exceptional location incredibly easy to find and to get to by train and on foot. The 5pm check in means 5pm and the foyer has a cafe which gets incredibly busy. However, they were happy to check bags on arrival. Rooms are small and simple but have everything you would need.

Not a big fan of the clear shower/toilet combo (although it has a curtain), since water gets all over the toilet and toilet paper no matter how much you try to avoid it. Other than that no issues with the hotel. Top floor bar was very nice and the coffee shop is open to the park. Easy walking distance to the Shibuya Scramble in one direction and to the Omotesando in the other. A great location with lots of food and shopping in the same mall the park is on top of.

The view from our window was exactly as described on the room description: stunning!!! The room was tiny but cozy, the bed super comfy. The location is excellent. Google Maps had a little bit if a hard time understanding how to get to the entrance, but just look for the word "Sequence" written on the high-rise building, and walk in that direction. The reception is on the 4th floor I believe, and you get there by taking the elevator directly from the street. We loved the hotel and the location, the breakfast options (price not included) at the hotel restaurant were delicious. Totally worth it!

Apart from the location this was the worst place I have ever stayed in Tokyo. My room on the 8th floor was above the train tracks and so noisy I barely slept. I requested bedding without feathers and they offered me a towel in a pillowcase and a blanket. Heating was hard to control and too hot. Staff were unhelpful and SO slow. Location was great but not worth the money

Would definitely stay here again. Centrally located and safe with great entertainment, shopping, and food within walking distance, Only thing we did not like were the thick-pile carpeted rooms from a cleanliness perspective (but they do provide nice leather slippers). 18th floor lounge was a nice perk to have nearby after a long day plus it has great views.

Excellent position close to many amenities, cafe and Shibuya's attractions. Easy check ins and the staff is very helpful and accomodating. We booked a room that was larger than most Tokyo rooms but it can accommodate for 3 adults comfortably. Will definitely booked Sequence Miyashita Park again on our return trip back to Tokyo.

Our king room was a great size and the duvet was comfy. Location was super convenient and staff were friendly. During the day when you can open the curtains and have natural daylight, it’s not bad but at night, the room was way too dim. The bathroom wasn’t clean when we checked in as there were little bits of garbage on the floor and the shower walls needed a scrub

Very convenient location. Nice outdoor park connected to the lobby and Miyashita park mall is just below the hotel. I would say that rooms are smaller than usual japanese (already small) hotel, hardly any space for regular sized luggage - I placed it on the ground and had to block the entrance to the toilet. Could hear loud train passing which starts early in the morning even though my room was at the second highest level. Curtains in the toilet has a mouldy smell. But overall a pleasant short stay, and I would come back again if I travel alone.

以為是新酒店就會新淨，我是想多了
酒店沒有通知下更改了房型，其實也沒關係， 反正是獨遊，但房間真的少到連開行李都沒有空間，而且地毯不潔程度跟本不想在上面開行李，就連外面走廊都長期是沒有人員清潔，浴室沒有乾濕分離，只有一張浴簾，每次多小心洗澡也會弄濕整個浴室，由於是面向鐵路旁，每次列車經過都很吵。

좋았지만 단점도 많았다.
12월에 퀸룸, 1월에 라지트윈룸 이용하였고 이 숙소에 대한 장단점을 적어봅니다. 장점 일단 뷰가 좋았습니다. 공원뷰인 퀸룸도 좋았지만 북향인 라지트윈룸의 도심뷰도 괜찮았습니다. 숙소의 위치도 매우 좋습니다. 시부야역이 바로 앞이고 하라주쿠, 신주쿠도 가까우며 로비와 연결된 미야시타 공원과 아래에는 쇼핑몰, 근처에 파르코나 세이부 백화점도 있습니다. 또한 직원분들이 매우 친절했습니다. 문의사항을 적극적으로 해결해 주려고 하셨습니다. 제가 가본 호텔중에 가장 친절했던 것 같네요. 단점 가격이 비쌉니다. 비교적 최근에 지었고 위치가 좋은걸 생각해도... 좀 유명세나 트렌드? 값이 적잖이 붙은 느낌이 들었습니다. 체크인이 어렵습니다. 태블릿으로 셀프 체크인을 해야하며 일본어 영어만 지원하고 체크하고 기재할것이 매우 많았습니다. 물론 당황하고 있으면 직원분이 도와주시는것 같긴 한데... 룸이 매우 좁습니다. 퀸룸 기준 바닥에는 캐리어 필 자리가 없어 창가 선반에 두었으며 TV 위치가 정말... 보기 매우 불편했습니다. 라지트윈은 그럭저럭 괜찮았네요. 조명이 정말 어둡습니다. 저녁에는 모든 조명을 다 켜도 방에서 간식을 먹거나 짐정리를 할 때 불편할 정도로요. 욕실이 매우 협소합니다. 샤워실과 변기가 유리 문으로만 구분되어 있으며 샤워실은 양팔을 뻗지 못할 정도로 좁았습니다. 밤에 열차소리와 구급차 사이렌 소리가 심합니다. 소방서가 바로 근처에 있나? 저는 기절하듯 자는 편이라 괜찮았는데, 예민하신분은 매우 불편하실 것 같습니다. 적다보니 단점만 많이 적은 것 같은데... 여하튼 가성비나 조금의 불편함을 감수해도 위치좋고 트렌디한 숙소를 찾는 분에겐 추천해 드릴만한 숙소인것 같습니다.

처음 경험한 호텔
객실은 가격에 비해 충격적이예요 화장실과 샤워장이 붙어있어 샤워후 변기아래에 물이 있어 발이 젖어요 객실에서 캐리어 하나 펼수있는 공간이 없고 텔레비젼이 침대 헤드에 있어 볼수 없고 기찻길이 바로 옆이라 소음이 잠을 방해합니다 객실에 그흔한 티백조차없어요 비싼 가격인데 이런 호텔은 처음 경험했어요
