관리인은 일본인이 아니었는가 말이 어눌하고, 그렇게 막 싹싹하지도 않았습니다 하지만 설명해줄건 다 해주고 서비스면에서 불편한점은 없었습니다. 전반적인 첫인상은 괜찮았으나, 침대는 삐걱거리고, 방음은 최악, 샤워실또한 타 게스트하우스에 비해 청결도가 비교적 떨어지는걸 느꼈고, 그냥저냥 1박 잠만 자고가는 느낌이었습니다.

Good location!
Tsubame has several clean bunk-bed rooms with clean shared toilets, bathrooms and 1 kitchenette with fridges. Rooms with1 bunk-bed or 1 bunk-bed + 1 single bed with thin mattresses. Bunk-bed is good for 1 person, with 2 it becomes wobbly and a bit noisy. Interesting fact: - you can hear footsteps, noises from hairdryer, from microwaves in the hallways but not noises from streets! - no-lock entrance door makes you feel scared if you have to go to toilet during the night on first night. It is closed to Asakusabashi station, 1 station to Ryogoku/Akihabara stations, not far from Asakusa temple, Sky Tree, Tokyo/Ueno stations,...

Nice clean room. A lil cramped for 3 persons with big luggages. It is well insulated in the winter. Near to Asakusabashi Station. Also near to several convenience stores. Overall a great stay here.

카드 결제가 안되고 침대 시트에 피 묻은 자국이 있었음 12시 넘어서까지 옆방에선 떠들고 먹고 돌아다니고~ 아무런 제재도 없었음 에어컨 제습 기능이 안되는지 침대 시트가 원래 축축했는데 자는 도중에 물에 빠져 죽는줄 알았음 아침에 일어나 보니 옷도 모두 축축~ 심지어 가방도 축축~ 새벽에 나온다고(5시경) 그냥 열쇠함에 두고 나오는데 현관문이 활짝열려있었음 반대로 생각해보면 그 시간에 아무나 들어올수 있는 상황인것임

Good place! Near subway station.
Near subway station, walking around 5 min. Near minimart (7-eleven and family mart). The staff is so nice. The room was comfortable. Good price and good place.

Good location, nice staff but too noisy
The location is probably the best to stay in Tokyo where metro and JR Line intersect. Staff is very nice and active to help. The room is small but clean. The only problem I got here is the noise. The ceiling floor and walls are very thin that you can hear every steps and every conversations your neighbors make both from the next door and the door upstairs. That's pretty disappointed because you can't get good sleep and the bed is a bit too hard. If you don't have problems with noise and hard bed it's worth the money

Quiet, close to the station. The beds were a little hard but the shared bathrooms were clean. The walls were very thin though so our neighbors having a phone conversation could be heard in the next room.

The hostel is located near both JR and merto.
This hostel hasn't any elevator, a reception desk is on 2nd floor. Luckily, our reception gave us a room on 1st floor which we had no need to brought our luggages to an upper floor ;p. I love this place about the location is easy for both JR and metro users, peace and many restaurants+24hrs. shop nearby.

離地鐵站很近
家燕旅社離地鐵站很近，很方便，唯一缺點隔音設備差，隔壁房講話都聽得一清二楚，連地板走路都有聲音，對於淺眠的人比較不適合。

역에서 가깝고 싼 호텔
방은무척깨끗했고 침대가 조금 삐걱이는거 빼면 좋았습니다! 아사쿠사바시역에서 걸어서 5분정도니까 다른곳에 들르기도편했습니다. 주인분도 친절하시고 아주 좋았습니다.난방이 빨리 안되어서 겨울에가기에는조금 추운감이있어요.와이파이잘되고 드라이기도있고 다음에도 여기서 지내고 싶습니다!

Simple, clean, and quiet
Everything is very very clean. You know bc you can smell the bleach haha. The rooms are very simple, beds and a desk with a rack to hang your coats. You rent the towels for 100 yen. The shower/toilet/sink is shared with other guests on your floor. Our stay was very quiet. There are multiple cafes and food places around, and you are close to the JR station, only a short walk away. This is not a luxury hotel by any means, but it is a great hostel if you are young and on a budget. :)

Just like Japan student resident dorm. Toilet and bathroom are sharing with the people in the same floor, quite clean. Remember to bring your own bath set. The nearest subway can go to both airports directly!!!!

Good location, good facilities and very nice staff
This place is not far from the tokyo metro / JR Asakusabashi.sta. You can walk just 5 minutes. There is 7-11 at the entrance of the side-street. (Lawson is located around here too). My room is clean and bigger than I expected. The facilities is good. There is a common refrigerator and hair dryer. Restroom and bathroom are quite small, but it's fine for me. Staffs are very nice and can speak English very well. They helped me a lot e.g. calling to the museum to ask about reservation instead because I cannot speak Japanese, finding out my possession from CCTV, etc.
