“安靜整潔環境，附近也很方便，有捷運和商場，可惜入住期間遇到幾晚有人抽菸，透過空調傳到房內，空調關掉後，菸味久久未散，飯店對這點也無能為力！只能讓我們換房，換房之後還是有菸味，最後只能開窗關空調。早餐無變化，點了熱咖啡，送來都是溫咖啡，每次都要強調需要溫度高一點的咖啡！”

“Hotellet er fantastisk. Beliggenheten er litt avsides, du er avhengig av taxi. Personalet i resepsjonen gjør sitt beste for at du skal få et flott opphold. Vi hadde club rom med lounge tilgang, det er første gang jeg har opplevd at dette ikke gir tilgang på frokost. Vi måtte betale 88 RMB pr. person for å få frokost. “I booked at Expedia.com for one night here. I always thought this is one of the best hotels in Lintong so booked it. However, they have two parts. One part is newer and another one is very old and bad in every aspects, They sent me to the old one but online there is no info. about this. The room is dirty and many things are not working. The hotel staff is not nice. We used the luggage cart but the wheel was not working when we asked the service person and he said he has to ask manager...

“Booked this over Hilton, Sofitel, and a few other big name 5 stars. It was comparable in price but so many negatives. Bad pool, bad restaurants, poor service. I was really surprised as I always thought Kempenski was at the top and I've always wanted to stay there. So far away from the city...about 30-40 min away from everything. Ended up eating dinner at Sofitel in the city and was blown away...and pretty sad we didn't stay there. I really have nothing good to say, it looked like a 3...
