Trip of a lifetime

Gorgeous place to stay. We‘ve spend a beautiful time at Seaward‘s. Stunning views on the ocean, nice trails alongside the coastline with a dog friendly area, or just relaxing in the sun on the terrace. We would come again.

Fab short stay

A brilliant place to stay with outstanding views!
A brilliant place to stay with amazing sea views. This place was perfect for our family it offered us everything we needed. We was right beside the sea, a great pub and even a cafe on the sea front. All dog friendly which was a added bonus. The accommodation was spacious, well equipped, modern and clean. The outdoor space was huge and offered plenty of seating to enjoy the sea views or some outside dinning. We will be staying here again!

Property and host equally good!
Beautiful property and absolutely wonderful host. Mark couldn’t have been more helpful. Views from the property were fabulous and I loved being able to hear the waves lapping on the shore!

We spend a lovely week in this house by the sea. Everything was clean and the house provided enough space for our family of 5. The house was well equiped and provided everything we needed, including bodyboard + wetsuits. Even though the weather could have been better, we enjoyed the spacy terras with the wonderfull view. Hope to come back some day.

Excellent view.
I booked Seawards because of the balcony views that run the length of the property. You couldn’t be much closer to the sea and just being outside was relaxing and peaceful. The sea breaking onto the coastline was very sensory. The property itself was nice to stay in but a little tired. It was basically clean but would do well to have a more intensive one. Having groceries left over from past guests can be appreciated but things like stale packets of cereal, mouldy jam and cheese regularly need checking and disposing of. Perhaps a fresh pint of milk and a small packet of locally made fudge or biscuits would suffice. Mark is a good host to communicate with. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay and with its location, give Seawards 5 stars.

Thank you Karen, I have not been able to get down myself Flor a while but I will do on 3June. I will have a thorough clear out of everything. We used to leave milk and scones and cream but found they were being left, I imagine because of supermarket deliveries, but I can certainly ask the cleaning ladies to bring some with them each time. Really helpful to know all of this.

The house was every bit as good as the pictures and the kitchen came with all necessary equipment. We have had a perfect break, even though the weather could have been better.

Amazing views, beautiful clean modern apartment
We picked it because of the views and we were not disappointed. Just fabulous. Apartment is clean, modern and beautifully fitted out. Spent many mornings and afternoons just soaking it up on the balcony (there are zero gravity sun loungers too). It just doesn't get better than that. Note: there are several steps from the parking to the apartment - and from the apartment down to the country lane below. Not suitable for the elderly infirm. We had an elderly dog and had to carry up or down multiple sets of steps! But places with this sort of view are always going to have steps up or down to them. We had an EV and could plug it in and recharge it. Check with the host first! That's a HUGE benefit in Cornwall where places to charge EVs are rarer than hen's teeth.

Instant serenity
Immediately I opened the door and stepped inside, I knew the place was going to be wonderful. The views are stunning. Everything you could possibly need/want has been taken care of, and in the best of taste. Mark's instructions were excellent, and when I had a question, he responded to my e-mail promptly. What a treasure this place is!

Mark is wonderful and his information and communication made everything easy. The house is stunning and the views just something else. The nearby restaurants were all lovely-great food, great staff and watching the surfers as the sun goes down is perfect. Just a slice of heaven really.

Stunning views and cozy apartment
We arrived when it was already dark, so it was quite the adventure to get up to the flat (with what seemed to me an incredibly big car). But we had good instructions. We woke up the next morning to this incredible view and couldn’t stare long enough out into the sea. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean, bright and cozy. The booking and communication was very smooth and friendly. All in all we had a great stay!

THE HOST WITH THE MOST!
We had an utterly wonderful stay at Seawards mid-January and were delighted with not only the property and its panoramic views, but the host Mark went absolutely above and beyond in terms of ensuring our stay was perfect. The house was warm and cosy upon arrival, access quick and easy, the beds comfortable and all in all it really felt like a home away from home - a very difficult thing to achieve in my experience, but Mark has accomplished it with his fabulous hospitality and undoubtedly superb property! Very many thanks indeed!

Fantastic place to stay - awesome sea views
Amazing views of the sea. It was like being on a ship but without the rocking. Spent many hours relaxing on the verandah listening to the sound of the waves. Facilities were excellent, beds were comfortable and the property was always warm and cosy. The property was within 10 minutes walking distance from a pub, a restaurant and a cafe. Great beach nearby. We really look forward to returning,

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic house. The views from the bedrooms and living area are just wonderful. Great kitchen and bathroom. A lovely area for walking and running. We really enjoyed our long weekend here.

Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in seaton, im Haus seawards. Der Meerblick von den Terrassen ist atemberaubend und wir konnten nicht genug davon bekommen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet,gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles unkompliziert und reibungslos.Die Kommunikation mit Mark zuverlässig,schnell und nett. Fußläufig ist der Strand von Seaton erreichbar und auch für Hunde ein herrliches Paradies. DANKE MARK,dass wir diese Woche in deinem Haus erleben durften.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic home from home
The property is fantastic - wonderful sea views, comfortable beds, decking which hugely extends the property. Mark, the host, available if needed and supplies the best beach equipement. We did not set out to have a 'beach' holiday but with the equipement left for us to use our teens were able to enjoy kiaking and paddle boarding for the first time...and loved it. The rental property is a true home away from home with all the little extras you need to get in and live. A pleasure to cook in your beautiful kitchen. Just watch the stairs - it may not suit young children or elderly. Even our large Q7 car made it to the upper parking spots but our nerves couldn't handle it on a daily basis so we opted to park at the lower car parking space. Having said that we loved the property so much we have even looked at purchasing property in the area! Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Summer Holiday With A View
Had a great 2 weeks R&R and summer holiday with family. Sea view from the property is stunning and we don’t think the pictures on line actually do it justice, it better in the real world! Clean, comfortable and had all the equipment we needed along with a well stocked shed full of stuff for the beach. Good location to explore other parts of Cornwall. Host was very informative and answered and questions we had.

The property is beautiful with stunning views over the Chanel.
A Perfect house that’s comfortably furnished with everything you need. The location is central for visiting other beautiful coastal fishing communities or walking along the SW coastal walk. From booking to vacating Mark made life very easy with informative info and instructions. Simply adorable weeks stay that we enjoyed very much.

Superb Host - excellent accomadation
The whole experience was absolutely fantastic - from dealing with Mark to enjoying the view. We were blessed with fantastic weather - but even rain wouldn't ruin the experience of staying here. We will definitely be back. Good access to Looe, and easily accessible from the A38.

Lovely house in an excellent location with amazing views
This is our second stay at Mark's property and it still amazed us how long we could just look out to sea and watch the occasional boat or paddle boarder go by. The decking space outside is huge and has lovely relaxing chairs so you can sit comfortably and take in the views with a morning cup of coffee or a chilled wine in the afternoon. The balconies get sun all day which is glorious. The house has everything you would need for a self catering holiday and more! The kitchen is very modern. Mark is very quick to communicate and very informative. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We are already planning a return visit. Thanks Mark for letting us rent your amazing home again!

A superb position with delightful views. Good quality finish inside and good quality kitchen equipment. For the minor questions we had..the owner Mark Hockey was quick to respond and handled them to our satisfaction.This is very important when renting and I appreciated the easy communications.
