Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Astor house. The apartment has amazing views and the beach and pier are close by. The apartment is equipped with everything you need if you require to cook. If not there are lots of places around the area to eat. Only downside is parking by the apartment as it is limited

Memorable
The apartment was in excellent condition. All furnishings and equipment were as new. There was a full cooker with an oven. Bed and pillows comfortable. The view from the apartment looked directly over the bay and sea. Staff very helpful. Memorable.

The apartment has great views of the water. Very comfortable. You do need to go a steep hill or up 10 flight of steps. Also the living room decor is fine but could be updated a bit. Had a wonderful time for a week.

Excellent! But there is an elephant in the room. Firstly, housekeeping. What an amazing job they did before our arrival! Spotlessly clean... everywhere! I'm in the industry and I know what a hard, hard job it is. Hospitality is struggling for staff all over the country and its hard to find good people. Plumblocations, you have excellent housekeepers... keep hold of them!! We had apartment 8. It was very spacious with high ceilings and absolutely everything you need... Cutlery - very nice set and plenty of it. Crockery - again very nice and everything you can think of. Pots and pans - we only used the frying pan, but everything there you would need. Fridge - relatively small with a small ice box, but adequate for essentials. Dishwasher - full size, which was a blessing! Even dishwasher tablets supplied (nice touch) Fitted kitchen - plenty of cupboards. Toaster - 2 slice Microwave - 800w Table and chairs - glass round table with 4 chairs (chairs not very comfy) Sofa bed - very comfy to sit on and just as comfy to sleep on. Armchair - again very comfortable. Book sideboard - stocked with plenty of good reading for all ages, plus bord games. Bedroom - fairly small double bed (but comfortable. Wardrobe - plenty of hanging space Bedside cabinets - one either side with a lamp. Bathroom - bath with a lovely powerful hot shower and shower gel/shampoo supplied in large dispensers. Toilet - very clean and stocked with toilet roll. Sink - large enough with a large cabinet. Towe

Apartment with a view
The best view in Torquay! We stayed in apartment 12 (which is one of the pet friendly apartments). We did not bring a pet with us, and the apartment was very clean with all the amenities you could need. Plenty of towels, we even had complimentary biscuits and milk. The standout for us was most definitely the view and the balcony that was outside the main bedroom.

Gorgeous appartment with spectacular seaview from bedroom, kitchen and balcony. Clean and modern with everything you needed. Great location for beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet location and free street parking

Beautiful views and property . Location on the cliffs so we used taxis to get back up as the steps were steep . Property extremely comfortable and kept at a lovely standard .

Great little apartment, amazing views and location
I was pleasantly surprised with the property. Looks better in real life than in photos. Perfect location, plenty of parking, easy check-in. Only issue we had was the back door was very stiff but I think that was due to heavy rain/water in between the door frame making it get stuck. Other than that, perfect stay. Would definitely recommend.

Stunning view!
We have just come back from 2 nights in Flat 2, Astor House. It was beautiful with a large window in the bedroom looking over the bay, and a lovely balcony from the lounge again with the view. The flat was well equipped with everything you need. Well worth coming back. Thank you.

Would book again!!
Received all check in details - worked well. Apartment 10 was lovely. Beautiful views and spacious balcony. Tricky walk down to seafront and town Centre (lots of steps) but worth it. Parking in Warren Road an issue. Very busy. However, spaces in nearby car park. Would book a car park space with Plumlocations if you need your car handy. Apartment spotless. All equipment working and in good order.

Apartment 10 has a stunning view and was wonderful to wake up to and for a glass of wine in the evening. Can even be seen from the bed. The balcony also has sufficient room to enjoy the sun when it is there. Excellent location and street parking free. Managed to get a space most days. Issues are dealt with attentively.

Great location, just a short walk to the local shops and restaurants. Easy to park on the street right opposite the building. Lovely view from the balcony.

Would stay again!
On arrival apartment (5) was very clean. The only problem we had was there was no DVD player as listed in the description. After some message exchanges with both the manager and housekeeper it was resolved. We was also given a bottle of prosecco as an apology for the inconvenience which I thought was a nice touch. Location of the apartment was very good! Close to the beach and town as long as you don’t mind walking up hills back to the apartment!

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut auch der Zugang mit Schlüsselsafe ist gut. Die Ausstattung ist etwas überaltert und in der Küchenausstattung gibt es nicht mal eine Teekanne.Das haben wir in England oder Irland auch noch nicht erlebt. Ein Parkplatz an der Straße zu bekommen war kein Problem

Vue spectaculaire. Même au dessus de l'évier...Petites attentions dans les choses fournies. On veille au confort des invités. Appareils de bonne qualité. On se sent bien. Très tranquille. Super bien situé. Il manquait toutefois un plan de la ville dans le cartable d'info. Pas facile d'en trouver un non plus ailleurs.

I am sorry you are being disturbed by road noise. Your booking wasnt changed but we do have many sea view apartments without a road side and I hope you can book one of these if you can return to us.
