Lovely Bungalow
Beautiful Bungalow in great location close to bars and shops. Owner Suzanne is lovely and most helpful. She arranged a bed gaurd for my granddaughter. Keyholder also very nice and helpful. Would recommend a stay here, it has everything you need with a fantastic roof terrace.

Muy contentos con la estancia. Apartamento muy limpio y muy comodo. Muy bonito y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos fabulosos dias de vacaciones. La terraza de fuera una chulada, y la azotea de arriba para por las noches una maravilla. Repetiremos!

Très bon séjour
Je recommande vivement ce logement, l’accueil était parfait, le logement est très bien équipé, il y a pas mal d’ingrédients de base pour cuisiner ce qui est top, et le plus est bien sûr le toit terrasse avec le barbecue , super pour passer une bonne soirée Le propriétaire est très réactif

Just Like Home
This bungalow was so inviting, comforting, perfect! We felt so at home that we didn't want to even leave to explore the city! The bungalow was clean, well stocked with all kitchen amenities, books, linens, all daily life needs. It was a well kept facility, and the communication between myself and the property managers was always prompt and met our needs. Thank you so much Susanne! I will recommend it to everyone I know.

Super Bungalow - fantastic roof terrace
Great little bungalow with everything you need on the doorstep. Supermarket shops eateries and pubs just around the corner, all at great prices. Close to both salt lakes to walk and a lovely swimming pool just 2 minutes walk, did get a little busy at times, but we were there in August in a heatwave! Torrevieja is a little far out at about 40 minutes walk but you can get the bus, well worth the walk for the child friendly beach / bay and the night market / fun fair and ice cream parlours! Yum! Great atmosphere. You must visit the Friday market, about a 25 minute walk, the biggest in the area, great value leather goods, clothes, food ……almost everything! Another fantastic atmosphere and great to barter for bargains. Also the water park, Aquapolis, about 20mins walk. Make sure you pop into the Tourist Information Centre first to pick up your 25% discount voucher! The bungalow itself is comfortable, equipped with everything you could need. The sun roof is private and very large, perfect for sunbathing or evening meals. There are external lights so you can sit up there all evening, just make sure you have some good mosquito spray! The hosts are friendly and we used the transfers they recommended and everything went smoothly despite our flight being 2hours delayed! All in all a great value, relaxing holiday. 🙂

Votre avis me laisse quelque peu perplexe et je suis désolé que vous ayez l'impression que les photos ne reflètent pas l'état actuel de la propriété. Elles ont été prises lors de notre dernière visite de la propriété - il y a 2 ans. Malheureusement, la pandémie nous a empêché de mettre à jour pendant cette période. Cependant, le commentaire sur la propreté sera soulevé auprès du gestionnaire immobilier et rectifié. Merci pour vos commentaires et j'espère que vous avez apprécié votre séjour à Torrevieja, malgré vos doutes. meilleures salutations

La vivienda está muy cómoda, muy bien equipada, limpia y agradable, fresca, tranquila, con una terraza grande, aparcamiento fácil , cerca de los centros comerciales, restaurantes, y a unos kilómetros de las playas de Torrevieja en coche.

Esta mala reseña es totalmente injustificada. Los detalles de la propiedad indican claramente que hay una tarifa de limpieza local de 50 € a pagar a la llegada. Le informé al huésped de esto cuando hizo la reserva y cuando objetó, le di la oportunidad de cancelar. José aceptó que habría una tarifa de limpieza a la llegada. Esta revisión de 2 estrellas no refleja la calidad de la propiedad This poor review is entirely unjustified. The property details clearly state there is a 50€ local cleaning fee to be paid on arrival. I informed the guest of this when he made the booking and when he objected, gave him the opportunity to cancel. Jose accepted there would be a cleaning fee on arrival. This 2 star review is no reflection on the quality of the property.

Nice Place to Stay
We had a lovely 10 night stay at this place with everything as described. It has all that you will need and we found the roof terrace and swimming pool outstanding. There are plenty of english tv channels to keep in touch with the news etc and a few dvds, books and boardgames. We found the Location to be fine with a local English supermarket and a few restaurants just 2 mins up the road and a much larger supermarket ( Spanish ) just 5 mins walk back on the main road ( 2 shopping trolleys provided ). About a 15 minute walk away you will find a massive Carrefour which we did not need to use as the other 2 were sufficient. Also near to Carrefour you will find a newly opened Lidl and a small shopping centre ( las Habaneras ). We caught the bus down to the harbour for 1 .35 euros and it took about 10 mins and drops you at a small station and if you bear left as you look out to sea you will find a tourist information centre then a small mini market ( open every day ) and then some small man made beaches which are lovely and plenty of beach bars/restaurants. From here you can then venture into the main Torrevieja shopping area in the streets behind the seafront. The local bus stop is by the itv centre ( MOT Garage that you cannot miss ) on the quiet road that runs parallel to the main dual carraigeway and is again 5 mins from the property. We had a lovely time here finding it comfortable and relaxing with eveything that you need close by for a peaceful holiday in the Sun and could not fault the property and amenities. Also the property managers were very friendly + helpful + only a phone call away if required. We will definately return to this property at some point after this very nice stay. Recommend the " Jose" and the " Indian/Italian " local restaurants. Rees Family

Fantastic - loved it ❤️
My husband and I stayed for a week just before Christmas 2018, this place is amazing. Great location, surrounding area is very clean and well maintained. It was very quiet and peaceful. We never used the pool due to the time of year but it did look very well maintained and plenty of space. The house has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The lounge is very comfortable, plenty of room for 4 folk, the kitchen is very well appointed and has all the necessary stuff. The bedrooms are a good size and we found the beds very comfortable. The roof terrace is huge and had plenty of loungers, table and chairs etc. There is also a built in BBQ. A really nice place to spend a few hours enjoying the sun, even in December we managed to grab a few rays About 3mins down the road are few local restaurants and bars. We used these at night as we had been out walking all day and didn't fancy going any further. Plenty of choice from Italian, Indian, Turkish. There is also a small supermarket but this is quite expensive and has limited choice but ok if you run out of wine/beer 😀. The house is about a 20min stroll from the Habanerous Shopping centre where there are loads of shops, cafes etc. The large Carrefour supermarket is great for all supplies, there are a couple of shopping trollies in the house which are very handy. If you fancy going further a field then you can get the local bus down into the main town / beach area of Torrevieja, it was €1.35 each one way, the bus times are a bit hit and miss but usually about every 40 mins or so. The stop is along the road about 5 minutes walk. Its worth getting out and about exploring as Torrevieja has so much more to offer, there is a very large market on a Friday morning which has all the usual stalls but worth a wander around, its about a 30 min walk. Also worth a visit is the La Zenia shopping centre its about 20mins away by car/ taxi (€15 each way) Would totally recommend a stay at this house. We loved it so much that we're already booked to go back in 2019.

Very Impressed
Just enjoyed a two week at this lovely bungalow. Everything that you need is there for a fantastic holiday. Good variety of restaurants just around the corner, lovely long walks to be enjoyed but it was so hot that we could not walk too far. So if you are thinking of going in the height of the summer would advise hiring a car to get around. Debbie and Paul the keyholders are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this property as had a relaxing and fantastic holiday. Thank you so much.

A relaxing break with lots to do
The apartment itself is spotless and well equipped. The roof terrace is amazing! We were up there every night following a trip to local restaurants and bars or into the main town. The pool is lovely but there are no beds there. There’s plenty to do round about, you’ll get a lovely breakfast at McGills and Antica Lucian is lovely for dinner. The adjoining bar is also really reasonable! The main town is busy peak season though great for kids. A short taxi ride can get you to the many beaches about. Our favourite was La Mata “Boardwalk” beach. There were four of us and the accommodation suited us well. Communication was excellent and everything well organised for our arrival and departure.

A place to chill
Overall great accomadtion with everything you would need for a relaxing break. The roof terrace was brilliant , sun all day and private plus the front conservatory was a great spot for breakfast and lunch. Bars and restaurants were handy and great value. The local Spanish supermarket within a 5 minute walk was excellent ,(note closed on a sunday). We will be back

Great location
Had a lovely stay at this property. It is in a great location, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Also near to great shopping centres and gives easy access to many of the Costa Blanca resorts. Everything needed has been provided in the bungalow. Paul and Debbie, the key holders, were very helpful and sorted any problems, which were few, and answered any questions we had.

Home from home
Myself and my good wife had a great week. We are not a couple for going out at night. But we really enjoyed our walks around the salt lake. There is a few resturarants just a couple of minutes walk away which really looked nice. But we preferred to dine in and use the facilities and watch the tv. The area is really quite at night and we had a really relaxing week. Can't fault this apartment and would really recommend it. The roof terrace was great to sit about and enjoy the sun all day. Just a warning...the little English shop beside the resturarants is really expensive. But there is a really big Spanish supermarket just 15 mins walk away. Better to stock up there. In all we both had a great time and could have stayed longer. This was our 3rd trip to the area and this was the best place we have stayed.

Die Ausstattung ist für ein Ferienhaus ausreichend. Nach ein paar Tagen kam auch jemand vorbei und hat das versprochene WLAN installiert, was heutzutage für die Jugend selbst im Urlaub wichtig ist :-) Die Wegbeschreibung für die Anfahrt ist etwas missverständlich, so das wir erst etwas suchen mussten, war aber kein Problem. Durch die Nähe zur vielbefahrenen Hauptstrasse ist es im vorderen Schlafzimmer nachts etwas laut, deshalb einen Stern weniger. Man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Einkauftsmöglichkeiten sind gut mit Fahrrad oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Um die Ecke gibt es auch einen schönen Pub. Mir persönlich waren die Betten etwas zu weich, aber das ist Geschmacksache. An dem ca 200m entfernten Gemeinschaftspool gibt es nichts auszusetzen, ist sehr schön angelegt. Das Ferienhaus können wir weiterempfehlen.

Spotless little bungalow
Spent a lovely 7 days in this fab bungalow, great sun terrace, a real home from with everything you need and more they seem to have thought of everything, even down to a shopping trolley which came in handy carting our beers back from he super market :) which is only a five minute walk away, lovely pool, some nice bars and restaurants 2 minutes away, we had a great chilled out time and we WILL be back thanks Krista and Lee
