“My stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, professional and accommodating during my entire stay. Prior to arriving, the hotel offered to arrange transportation to/from Porto Seguro airport. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me by first name and we toured the property and amenities.
