Dear Mr. Govender, We thank you for taking the time to review our property. We would like to point out once again as mentioned in our email exchanges, the chronological order of events for all readers: 1. You arrived at the residence Liberty Drive on Monday 15th April 2019 and check-in the penthouse. 2. At 9:35pm, you phoned our duty officer mentioning that you were disappointed with the unit, namely because of: • There was cockroaches in the penthouse • The Penthouse did not meet your expectation 3. Actions were undertaken straight away and an insect killer was provided to you 4. On Tuesday 16th April 2019, we were informed by the Security officer on duty that you decided to leave the penthouse on Monday night around midnight. We acknowledge and appreciate your concern but feel it has done everything within its power to resolve the matter amicably. Dear Ashutosh, Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us following your recent stay at our property. We would like to apologize for the maintenance issues that you had to face during your stay, we are sorry about the elevator issues, there was indeed an electrical problem which could be fixed only by an external agency (due to its guarantee) and as the problem arise over the weekend and their office was closed, clients were unable to use the lift for two days. In respect to the issue encountered on your departure day, I think there must have been a misunderstanding, the lady must have most probably told you that she needed to clean the apartment as we were expecting another guest on the same day and not that you had to vacant same before our normal check out time; our check out time is at 10am with the possibility of staying longer should we not have any arrivals on the same day. We hope that your stay in Mauritius was otherwise enjoyable and hope to be welcoming you again someday. Best Regards,

Nous tenons compte de vos commentaires concernant le papier toilette, étant une résidence « self-catering », cela été donné aux clients uniquement à l’arrivée d’où la raison pour laquelle le personnel d’entretien n’a pas fait de réapprovisionnement. Cependant, suite à de nombreuses demandes, vous serez ravis d’apprendre que le papier toilette est désormais réapprovisionné une fois terminer. Nous ne manquerons pas de demandez au personnel d’entretien d’être plus vigilant sur l’endroit dont ils laissent leurs produits ménagers. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir vous accueillir à nouveau. Now, in respect to toilet paper, please note that Liberty Drive is a self-catering residence, we do offer a complete set of toiletries upon arrival which includes shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, soap and toilet paper, however, these amenities are not replenish once finished. Nous sommes heureux de lire que vous avez passé un agréable séjour parmi nous et que le penthouse vous a plu de par sa splendide vue met et ses grandes chambres. Nous prenons bonne note de vos commentaires concernant le personnel et souhaitons avoir plus d'informations à ce sujet, est-ce possible pour vous de nous contacter a ce sujet. De plus en ce qui concerne le nettoyage, nous tenons à préciser que cela se fait 6 fois par semaine, comme vous avez séjourné 2 nuits uniquement, le nettoyage avait été déjà fait avant votre arrivé Mardi, il a été fait une fois de plus realise le Mercredi durant votre séjour et Jeudi cela a aussi été fait après votre départ de 11heure.
