Everything was very nice and very clean. My only quibble, and it is minor, was that the previous guest had switched the TV to HDMI2 (probably to hook to a computer or Roku stick) and I couldn't get the remote to switch it back. A maintenance guy took care of it in very short order. The guest had also apparently unplugged the phone. Wouldn't hurt if "Turn on the TV" and Check for dial tone" were added to the room clean-up items. All in all, I'm very satisfied.
