Our continental breakfast with coffeecake, cereals and fresh fruit, juice and milk as well as 24/7 coffee, espresso and tea bars have had great reviews as has our decision to support local restaurants with our voucher program. Richard: We are in receipt of your recent review. We offer the Blenman House as an Inn not a B&B yet with this we do offer a complimentary continental breakfast complete with coffee, tea and juices as well as fresh bake goods and fresh fruit. In addition to all that, we do offer for our guests several sit-down options to local breakfast locations within walking distance of the Inn. Milk is put out in the morning and then refrigerated the balance of the day and is conveniently located in the common kitchen refrigerator. As I am sure you aware, the milk will spoil if left out. We offer quality bed linens and do take note of your comment regarding these sheets, quite frankly we do not have any polyester sheets at our Inn. The Inn is staffed with two very trusted Inn keepers who live on site, to suggest they were absent most of the day is unfounded and untrue. As for the radio selection at the pool we take note. Our downtown community is second to none and our neighborhood has a proud history, you are misinformed on the proximity to a homeless shelter. Glad to see you made no comment on any negative interaction. Our security is again better than a ring system which only announces entry at the front door. The front door at our Inn remains locked throughout the day. Our historic Inn is a museum quality establishment and as such people ask for tours which are given by invitation only. Your description of furniture is just not accurate, our website photos are authentic and reflect exactly each room. The water pressure wasn’t reported until the last evening of your visit at the Inn along with temperature, gates and hot tub comments. As you know I personally returned your wife’s phone call and find most of your complaints as a mere ploy to ask for a discount to keep from receiving a bad review. We are proud of our service track record with our Guests and know we will upon comparison, find a completely different experience than that which you described, when evaluated alongside those Guests who stayed during the same week.
