albergo comodo in buona posizione
l'hotel è in una bella e moderna zona della citta, lontano dal degrado del centro e ben collegato. A parte alcune stranezze per cui invece di chiedermi i saldare il conto all'arrivo mi veniva disabilitata la chiave della stanza poco dopo avermela data, ve la pena di soggiornare qui.

Our stay was excellent, the hotel location was great, friendly staff. The room was clean they even allowed us to change rooms to a more spacious room with great view

This is my first time ever lodging at City Lodge and I am very impressed. Although not like a 5-star hotel, their service is beyond 5-star. It is sterling. I will lodge here again and again!

Across from Gateway! location, locaton, ...
Hotel room was very comfortable and in excellent condition. Bedding, bathroom, furniture were all great. Wifi was ok but not capable of video. TV channels were limited. Very quiet on top floor room, as I was on the back and not facing Gateway. Location was fantastic - I walked across the road to Starbucks for breakfast rather than eat at the hotel. Parking is not marked and I could not find it before checking in. Staff were always helpful, but reception needs some work compared to other City Lodges I have stayed at. I stayed here because the price was good and it was not possible to get any closer to Gateway, while still being close to the rest of Umhlanga.

Good Day Thanks for your email , please note the guest did not come to the hotel , the three booking were processed for arrival , Donna the agent from expedia phoned to say guest arrived and the hotel was full , I made her aware that no guest from the reservation made have arrived at the hotel , she said can we cancel one room from the three reservation which we did , told her we will charge no show if the the other two reservation do not not arrive which was acknowledged by both.I told her to explain to the guest regarding our conversation . A bit disappointed this time round
We have always stayed at this property in the past as they have friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms/bathroom and a great new Cafe. However on Saturday evening at 1 am the people next door started making a noise with loud music and loud conversation/laughter. When we asked them to tone it down they just carried on. We then asked the hotel for assistance and the security guard went to speak to them. They proceeded to threaten him whereafter we requested to be moved (in the middle of the night) to another room. The hotel granted this but I feel we should not have been inconvenienced, the hotel should have moved them/ thrown them out or alternatively called the police (as the guard was threatened). Hotel guests should not have to figure out how to get a good night's sleep, the hotel should ensure this, afterall we paid to stay there. My concern is this, should there not be a night /senior manager on duty at night for situations like these? The poor receptionist and security guard were no match for these selfish people. Other than that, a nice clean hotel.

We are sorry that your stay was inconvenienced due to other guests that does not have consideration for others. Thank you for your constructive feedback. I can report that these guest were indeed asked to leave our hotel a bit later by our night auditor, which they did. These guests has also already been blacklisted from our hotels. We look forward to welcome you back to one of our hotels in the not too distant future.

The staff are so helpful and friendly - well done to all of them. The location as also an attraction for me as I park my car in the hotel on-site parking and walk across to Gateway.
