Welcome to the home away from home of your dreams! This cute and completely renovated home is located roughly one mile from Lake Michigan's Townline Road Beach. (If you don’t want to walk or bike, parking is available.) There are plenty of incredible restaurants within walking distance in case you don't feel like cooking and would like to try something local. Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is seven miles away offering 24-hour entertainment.

This getaway keeps you close to the beach and the updates include completely new furnishing, kitchen, fixtures, and appliances. Outdoor living is a big deal here! Spend refreshing evenings swimming in your brand-new heated outdoor pool or soaking in the bubbly in-ground spa - both were installed during the summer of 2022! The backyard is huge and boasts a great outdoor gathering spot with a firepit, outdoor dining area, gas grill, and patio.

Snuggle up on the living room's cozy sofas and stream a favorite show on the smart TV with streaming services. The high-speed WiFi is incredibly fast and allows you to stream and watch everything you want! If you are more of a quiet person and would like to enjoy some time on your own, there is a secluded enclosed porch with direct views of the pool. When mealtime comes around, feel free to try your hand at that new recipe you found online in the fully-equipped kitchen! You will have everything needed to whip up delicious homemade meals and snacks on the go for the crew. A washer/dryer is provided on-site for your laundry needs as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
