Personale e hotel deliziosi. Colazione non eccelsa
L'hotel è assai carino. Il personale che lo gestisce è giovane e molto cordiale e disponibile. In hotel abbiamo noleggiato delle biciclette ad un ottimo prezzo. Con queste il centro città (bellissimo) è raggiungibile in un attimo. La colazione è invece non troppo ricca, ma comunque più che sufficiente . Il parcheggio nella zona è quasi ovunque a pagamento. Il pagamento può essere effettuato in hotel e questo rende tutto più semplice. Hotel consigliato per il rapporto qualità / prezzo

Albergo in un bel quartiere, vecchio ma con un suo stile. Non merita 4 stelle perché in camera manca frigobar e smart TV. Bagno accettabile, ma con illuminazione orribile (neon o simili).

Thank you for leaving a review. What a pity to read that we could not meet your expectations. It is true that we have decided not to have minibars in the rooms. We believe that a hotel has a major impact on the environment and where possible we try our part to contribute to a better environment. One of the measures we have taken is not having minibars. It is also unfortunate we don't have Smart TVs. There are no good smart TVs available that meet our requirements. Of course we can install a normal smart TV, which you may also have at home, but there are so few possibilities for a hotel that this is not yet profitable. We also hope that this market will develop rapidly and we may still be able to make the switch in the future! Until then, we will have to do it with our flat screens. We have heard from many guests that much lighting in the bathroom is very important to them. Because of this, we opted for energy-efficient fluorescent lighting in some of our bathrooms. We also have bathrooms with LED spots, maybe this is an option for you next time.

Confortevole , silenzioso e vicino al centro.
Situato in un quartiere molto tranquillo, l'albergo si è rivelato molto tranquillo con personale cortese e camere confortevoli. A pedi ci vogliono 10 minuti per arrivare in centro e comunque si trova facilmente parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Mettono a disposizione biciclette per chi vuole fare l'olandese...

si raggiunge il centro con una passeggiata perfetta per avere una visione d'insieme anche della parte più "moderna" della città. Posto in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Buona la colazione e la pulizia delle stanze.

una città bellissima
L'hotel è abbastanza lontano dal centro, probabilmente la scomodità della posizione è stata influenzata dalla pioggia battente. Il personale è stato molto disponibile l'hotel ha un servizio di noleggio bici Non ho provato la colazione la stanza è un pò angusta per essere un 4 stelle, ma per una notte a noi è andata bene così il parcheggio è molto vicino e a soli 12 euro per 24 ore

Ottimo albergo che frequento da quasi 20 anni
albergo sempre gradevole e comodo per i miei impegni ad Utrecht, peccato che questa volta la lampada sovrastante il televisore non si accendesse e che la presa per il rasoio elettrico non funzionasse in modo corretto.

Hotel da dimenticare
La stanza era minuscola e senza aria condizionata, ma con un ventilatore portatile ! Nel 2013. L'accoglienza è a dir poco disarmante e approssimativa. L'asciugamano da bagno/doccia era pieno di rammendi. In sostanza, il rapporto qualità/prezzo di questo hotel è pessimo.

hotel carino per una bella vacanza a Utrecht
l'hotel è carino e situato bene, poco fuori dal centro di Utrecht. il personale è molto gentile, si possono affittare delle biciclette e in camera c'è la connessione gratuita a internet. il difetto è che nonostante avessi specificato che eravamo una coppia, ci hannno dato una stanza con due letti singoli, quando abbiamo chiesto di avere un letto matrimoniale ci hanno dato una camera molto più piccola e con un bagno minuscolo, sicuramente di categoria inferiore a quella che avevamo pagato prenotando su internet.

L'hotel di per sè avrebbe delle potenzialità che non sono affatto sfruttate. Tutto ha un'aria un po' trasandata. Le camere standart dono davvero piccole e il bagno minuscolo, da far fatica a entrare. Le ragazze alla reception sono gentili ma non parlano bene l'inglese nè altre lingue. La posizione è buona e tranquilla. Mi raccomando attenzione a non prendere la colazione extra: 15 euro a testa per un buffet deludente. Non da 4 stelle.

Decent sized room and good breakfast
I’ve been here for two nights. Room 11 was space and all the rooms and lobby and breakfast restaurant are nicely designed and decorated. I felt well. They also have a bar and nice Drinks. One thing was not so nice: the bathroom needs refurbishing and also the black mold in the bathroom should be removed. Going from the hotel to the bar district took about 12 min by feet. This was quite handy. Parking your car near to the hotel however is a challenge. I would return if I have a meeting in downtown of Utrecht again.

Gezellig hotel, uitgaan in het centrum van Utrecht
Wat een gezellig hotel! Het hotel heeft een moderne uitstraling en is warm aangekleed. In tegenstelling tot zakelijke hotels welke groot, anoniem en steriel kunnen zijn heeft dit hotel een bescheiden aantal kamers waardoor het niet super druk is en voel ik mij ook op mijn kamer thuis. Het ontbijt is goed, de eetkamer is uitnodigend aangekleed waardoor ik mijn ochtend ontspannen begon. Het personeel is vriendelijk en servicegericht. In de avond is de bar open, maar uitgaan (gezellig een drankje doen) kun je beter in het centrum van Utrecht doen.

Very good, but a little more attention to detail.
Our room was mainly clean, although we found a credit card and pill box under the bed from a previous guest. The tiles and back of the bathroom door did not appear to have been cleaned properly, looking as if a drink had been spilled on them. The beds were clean and comfortable. All of the reception and breakfast staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would recommend this hotel.

Mycket mysigt hotell på ett lugnt område men ändå nära till centrum. Jättebra service. Rent och prydligt överallt. Frukosten kan vi inte uttala oss om då vi inte åt där. Rekommenderas verkligen!

Lovely hotel in a quiet area of Utrecht
My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was on an upper floor with a nice view of the quiet and beautiful area outside the hotel. The room was quite clean, in very good condition despite some small marks of age. The staff helped us to navigate the center city of Utrecht by presenting a map at check-in, and highlighting the best walking routes to the city center. They were also very helpful in providing rental of bikes in good condition, which were ideal for traveling in this wonderful city! WiFi access was easy and more than sufficient for usual online tasks at all times. We highly recommend Malie Hotel to all who travel to Utrecht.

Vi har bott många gånger tidigare på hotellet. Vi blev besvikna på städningen, den har försämrats. Toalettbosten var mycket, mycket smutsig. Den byttes efter att vi påtalat detta. Papperskorgen tömdes inte vid städning. Känslan efter detta påverkade tyvärr helhetsintrycket. Hur bryr man sig om renligheten för övrigt? 🤔🤔 Vi bodde i ett dubbelrum, sängen var mycket smal och obekväm. Frukosten var mycket bra, man har fortfarande kvar den fina nypressade apelsinjuicen. 😊

Underbar säng sköna täcken, fin trädgård att sitta i. Perfekt skulle jag tycka. En enda liten sak... badrummet var för mörkt det hick inte att sminka sig i spegeln där. En bagatell i sammanhanget. Bussar till centrum hela tiden, 7 min eller gång 20 min.

Oh what a pity you've experienced so many cons! We don't know what you exactly mean by lumpy bed, since we have very comfortable, high standard Auping beds in all of our rooms. We would love to get in touch about this. We are very pleased to inform you we have new TV's with HD-channels since this Thursday! Unfortunately it was just a few days after your stay, but I'm sure you would have loved it.

La habitación era grande y acogedora, pero la cuna era lamentable. Mi hija terminó durmiendo con nosotros las 3 noches. Y para ser un 4 estrellas, le faltan unos cuantas cosas. La atención del personal muy buena.
