Dear guest,You booked a "ROOM ONLY" reservation so there is no breakfast included. You did not try to have breakfast during your stay because you don't want to pay an extra so how can you say that our breakfast is mediocre. Since you said you are on a honeymoon trip, i informed you that you booked the smallest and only Classic room that we have so that you can have the chance to upgrade your reservation but you said "Well hopefully if your hotel is not fully booked during our stay we would truly appreciate a room upgrade if possible. ( a free breakfast and free upgrade on a honeymoon ) We are trying to run a business here not a charity institution. After the lockdown, we're still trying to recover for all our loses so don't try to take advantage to much because you're on a honeymoon. I was here on the day of your arrival until 14:20 so it's not possible that you arrive and there's no one to accomodate you, please check your facts. Italy has different zones regarding when to use the A/C and the heater. As of today, we have 13 in the morning and around 20- 23 from mid-day til late afternoon. For the Italian law, Venice is included in the zone where we are suppose to turn the heat last October 22 til April 07, 2023, we cannot turn on the heat during the night and then turn on the A/C during the day.

Dear Mr. Khalid, As we explained when you and your family arrived, you booked a room for four people but you did not stated the real information how old your kids are (10 and 13 years old ) and not ( 0, 0 years old ) as you stated on your reservation. The owner was actually flexible enough to gave you a discounted price for the extra 2 persons, you could have paid more if we continued in calling Expedia in which they were aware of the situation. Anyway, let's cut the story short, thank you very much for staying in our humble guest house and please be careful next time when you make a reservation so that this matter won't happen again.
