The apartment is modern and comfortable. All the amenities were great. Nice private street level entrance. The only thing that we didn't like was that check in is at a different location and there is no possibility of online check-in. We also preferred a physical key to the electronic code lock and we're told that this is not possible.

Loud noise all night long no service dirty dishes
However, we got to the apartment and the bed in the sofa was broken, and it is also classified as a king and it is the size of a double. We told the reservation office and the check in desk the day we checked in that the sofa bed was broken and we did not get a response. I sent pictures the next day and then they tried to tell us that WE broke it, saying that "the apartment was checked before and everything was in order. If you want to we can ask for the maintenance staff to come and check tomorrow." They never came and checked. Moreover, at 3 am, the phone in the hallway started making a very loud buzzing noise, that was heard throughout the house, so no one got any sleep. We contact both offices when they opened at 8:30 a.m. and they said maintenance would be out to fix it. I also sent a video and held my cell up to the phone so they could hear the noise. They said it would be one hour for maintenance to arrive. Around noon I checked to see if maintenance had fixed the noise since it was on going and the party didn't want to return until it was fixed, and they said that they would be by shortly... I asked for a refund for the night since no one slept and (after a second email) they told us that "it could be some guy's stunt and were sorry." This is an unacceptable response. It is clear that they do not care about their customers. The dishwasher wasn't run, and stains were all over the floor and ceiling. I would not rent here.

dear guest we are sorry to read your review but actually the apartment was ok at check in and when our technician came to check the phone he didn't find any issue
