The hotel itself has a nice breakfast set up. In season it seems as though the pool would be nice. The property is loud!! Tile floors and thin walls, you could hear everything. All rooms face the courtyard, so each time someone returns in the evening you will be woken up. There is a cellar that you get a key to that has wine, water bottles and soda. They don't say but there is a fee for each of these. There is a price list on the table, but it was not pointed out. I figured it was not free, but she didn't even mentioned the fees. This is the countryside so very little English spoken.
The town has three restaurants, all open for dinner only. Must make reservations ahead of time. It is a short drive to the other towns that have something going on. There are one or two wineries in Verduno, again plan ahead.
