We thank you for your review, but it is our duty to reply to some of your statements; the structure is not, as well as specified in the description a Hotel but a Bed and Breakfast for which a reception is not foreseen. Regarding the cleaning and the linen change you will certainly have read the rules that if not expressly requested they take place every 3 days of stay, in this regard we would like to clarify that the change of extra bath towels was a extra care that we wanted to reserve to you.
