This beautiful spacious house is located right on the water and you are welcome to use the backyard and have access to the beach.

Relaxing and quiet 3 bedrooms, 2 bath suite on the 2nd floor of the house with separate entrance, You have a full kitchen to cook your desired meal, or BBQ on the balcony and enjoy your wine by the water. Comfortable king size bed in master bedroom with 55 in TV, Blue room has a Queen size bed and 32 In TV The green room has a queen size bed which is suitable for kids or adults. Free WIFI, Roku TV, Amazon Prime, Free street parking all the times and free driveway parking if available

Full access to your private 3 bedroom 2 bath suite in second floor of the house, Large kitchen with all cooking ware and BBQ grill in the balcony. Full access to the backyard to enjoy the sceneries..

Property has a great view and location. Host was very friendly and accommodating. However the property advertised a hot tub which was one of the reasons we booked but the hot tub was the jacuzzi tub in the master suite. The pots and pans were not in great shape, we didn’t even use them. Lastly, on the surface the place was clean but if you looked closer, it could do with a deep clean.

Great location
Really comfy beds, comfortable dining and sitting areas with huge picture windows overlooking the lagoon, where we saw lots of interesting birds and an otter! Alex was a very helpful host. Easy to get to lots of parks and trails.

Beautiful View
The upper level of the house and deck overlooks the amazing bird sanctuary/lagoon of the Pacific Ocean and that view just never gets old. The property is well maintained, very clean, and our host, Alex, was approachable and very helpful to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant stay
This apartment is very nice. Three out of four people did not sleep well as the mattresses were not to their liking. The location is spectacular and quite a bit away from Downtown Victoria. We were happy to be able to do laundry. Stellar View!! We saw otters!!

Great stay near a lot of fun Vancouver activities
Great three-bedroom place for adults with very comfy furniture and beds. Important to understand you don't get the fourth bed and even if you do it is in a hallway nook between the kitchen and bathroom. We had 4 people and thought we'd have 4 beds. I didn't understand that bed was for groups of 8 (it is in the description, I just didn't understand that). So the bed was unmade. Even if we had the bed though we wouldn't have used it. It's essentially in the hallway so zero privacy and no space for stuff at all. Not even side tables for your phone. It is in the main hallway between the kitchen, a bedroom door, the main entrance to the home and the upstairs main bathroom is 20 steps from the foot of the bed. The living room couch would be a much more private option if you need one. Also, the accommodation is on the top floor of the owner's home. If you are hoping for a private getaway, you should know the owners (who are really nice) are living and working below you in the house and yard and enjoying their outdoor space directly below yours and in their yard which you have a view of. Sitting on the deck at night is nice but not private. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking which was on the street felt safe. It was also pretty quiet for a neighborhood with close neighbors. The bedrooms all face the road so you will hear folks getting up to go to work in the morning. The view was really pretty and we enjoyed watching all the bird life on the lagoon which you can kayak.
