Il prezzo è sicuramente molto vantaggioso per la posizione vicino alla stazione centrale ma le condizioni della struttura in generale già a partire dell'ingresso non fanno ben sperare: mai pulito. La camera ha giuste dimensioni per passare una notte ma non di più ma purtroppo le condizioni del materasso e strutturale del letto erano pessime (macchie gialle ovunque...). Non presenti nemmeno le tende inoltre..

Volevamo solo che fosse pulita. Appena entrati abbiamo visto subito le macchie di sporco sul pavimento. Sotto al letto c’era una chiazza rossa disgustosa e tantissima polvere intorno. Gli asciugamani erano macchiati e anche le lenzuola. I cuscini erano sottilissimi. Il giorno dopo siamo dovuti andare a comprarci tutto perché non avevamo ulteriormente intenzione di dormire su quelle lenzuola e asciugarci con quegli asciugamani. C’erano solo due finestre nella stanza ed erano bloccate con 35º fuori, praticamente l’unica aria disponibile era quella del condizionatore. Dicono che c’è il Wi-Fi, ma anche quella pessima. Ho chiesto assistenza su whatsapp e mi sono sentita presa in giro: si scusano e dicono che stanno cercando di risolvere, quando in realtà non fanno nulla. Ho tutte le foto che dimostrano ciò che dico, ma non so come inserirle.

Unser Aufenthalt im Modern Hotel war angenehm! Das Hotel reicht vollkommen aus, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und einen Ort zum Schlafen und Duschen sucht. Das Zimmer ist hell, sauber und riecht gut. Es gibt diverse Möglichkeiten, Gepäck zu verstauen (Kleiderschrank, Regal und Ablage im Bad, Nachtkästchen) und somit reicht die Größe des Zimmers vollkommen aus! Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig, man hört relativ viel wenn Personen durch den Flur laufen und von den anliegenden Zimmern kann man auch hin und wieder was hören, was sich aber wirklich in Grenzen hält. Bei Fragen war der WhatsApp - Chat sehr hilfreich und das Personal war sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Für einen Trip nach Wien, bei dem man nicht so viel Geld in einem Hotel lassen will kann ich das Modern Hotel wirklich empfehlen!

Wirkt sehr unseriös. Anmeldung über eine Website, die nicht DSGVO-konform ist, AGB (die man bestätigen soll), Impressum und Datenschutzordnung fehlen, Mailanfragen werden bleiben unbeantwortet, am Ende soll ein "Vertrag" unterschrieben werden, der nur aus eine Auflistung der Anmeldedaten besteht, Storno nicht möglich, Expedia auch keine Hilfe. Aber nach der Abreise wird man beschworen, bei Unzufriedenheit doch unbedingt das Gespräch zu suchen, weil weniger als 5 Sterne sich schelcht machen.

WiFi was very intermittent only worked 5 mins at a time, unfortunately no areal in the tv either. As we were using this as a pit stop on our travels we were unable to relax with some internet/tv. Room is quite small and not ideal for taller folk. Shower wasn’t consistently hot but wet. had worse. If you are looking for somewhere to hit the hay only can’t massively fault it.

Does anyone care?
The room was small but that was not surprising for the price. It was clean. It is convenient to the HBF. The internet reception was spotty but usually worked. There is no desk so make sure you contact them ahead of time. It would be fine for one person who does not need high quality internet. It was awkward for two people. What was disappointing was the lack of concern for the room. It was clean and completely functional, but seemed like no one cared about the material condition of the room. The windows were screwed shut which was good for the winter. However one still leaked cold air. The other one had expanding foam that expended out to make an unsightly mess. There were two very small 'floating' side tables next to the bed. But they were useless. They were barely large enough to hold two coffee cups and both had been damaged and bent down so that anything set on them would just slide off. There was a hole in the wall where they had worked on the plumbing. The towel hanger was not appropriate for where it was hanging. While the room was clean and fully functional, it seemed that no one really cares about how it looks. It is not the standard that I would expect in Austria.

Fehlende Sauberkeit: Wir raten stark davon ab!
Zugegeben, wir haben knapp gebucht. Aber für den Preis war die Unterkunft unterirdisch. Nachdem die Betreiber es endlich geschafft hatten eine halbe Stunde vor unserer Ankunft einen Link zu schicken, bei dem wir uns registrieren mussten, um überhaupt in das Gebäude zu gelangen, mussten wir über WhatsApp unsere Identität bestätigen. (Nur Englisch.) Das Gebäude selbst war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, der Lift war extrem verdreckt. In unserem Stock angekommen merkte man schon, dass das ganze Gebäude sehr provisorisch renoviert wurde. Überall war ein komischer Geruch. Unser Zimmer war dann sehr klein, aber das ist ja kein Problem, wenn sonst alles passt. Auch im Zimmer war ein merkwürdiger Geruch. Wir haben gleich gelüftet. Ganz sauber war es auch nicht. Im Bad war eine Wand klebrig. Dusche und Waschbecken waren sauber, das haben wir aber nicht genauer inspiziert. Insgesamt haben wir uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt, das Bett war zwar ok, aber man wollte zb nicht barfuß durch das Zimmer gehen, weil alles so halb-sauber war. Und am meisten hat und aufgeregt dass wir den 4-fachen Preis für so ein Zimmer bezahlt hatten. Und ja, wir wissen dass es Hauptsaison war und die Nachfrage das Angebot bestimmt. Trotzdem sollte Sauberkeit zu den Mindestanforderungen gehören.

Sehr günstig renoviert und es scheint kaum eine Qualitätskontrolle gegeben zu haben. Die Wände haben mega Ohren, man hört die Nachbarschaft schnaufen. Keine Telefonnummer zwecks Anruf bei einem Notfall. HP empfiehlt WhatsApp.

Hyvin pieni. Pientä kunnostusta vaatisi esim oven kahvat. Siivojakin voisi näyttäytyä joskus, neljän päivän aikana ei näkynyt kertaakaan. Wc:ssä ihmeellin haju jo heti saavuttaessa. Hyvien julkisten kulkuyhteyksien lähellä.

Ein Hotelaufenthalt wie dieser war bisher einzigartig – das Badezimmer roch so stark, als befänden wir uns in einer Kanalisation. Nach mehrmaligem Anschreiben an das Management wurde uns geraten, einfach das Fenster zu öffnen. Das Problem war jedoch, dass das Badezimmer gar kein Fenster hatte. Auf unsere wiederholten Anfragen, ob wir das Zimmer wechseln könnten, erhielten wir stets die Antwort "Ich werde es prüfen," jedoch folgte keine weitere Nachricht zu diesem Thema. Ach ja, ich hatte ganz vergessen zu erwähnen, dass das Zimmer tatsächlich zwei Fenster hatte, allerdings war eines davon defekt und konnte nicht geöffnet werden. In Bezug auf den Geruch hieß es immer wieder, die Reinigungskraft werde sich darum kümmern, obwohl diese das Zimmer nur einmal gereinigt hatte. Das Management hat uns nur hingehalten, und die Reinigungskraft hätte bei dem Geruch ebenfalls nichts ausrichten können. Ich würde diesem Hotel nicht mal einen Stern geben, leider kann man dies nicht tun. Ich würde dieses Hotel keinem anderen empfehlen, besonders angesichts dieser Erfahrung.

Das Prozedere für den Check-in ist unzumutbar. WhatsApp wird verlangt. Wennan das sebst nicht verwendet, hat man ein Problem. Man muss Online-Formulare ausfüllen und Ausweisbilder hochladen. Es ist niemand vor Ort. Der Zugang erfolgt über Nummerncode. Kommt für uns nicht mehr infrage.

I saw quite a few people that gave a bad review about this property but I enjoyed my stay there. Everything worked out well with the codes to the doors and the check-in process. The only two small negatives was that the television didn't work that well when trying to watch YouTube but that's what my phone is for. Also the shower did not drain easily so the shower pan would fill up with water. But for the price and location and comfort it was fine and I am quite picky lol.

This property is fine for a short stay. The property is basic and feels like it is run purely for profit rather than hosting. A few small changes would make a huge difference to customer experience. Things as simple as a bath mat, better air con, hooks to hang up towels, working batteries in the TV remote, and windows that aren’t nailed shut. It is ok, not horrendous, but it could be so so much better. I wouldn’t want to pay any more than the price we paid.

Kleines Zimmer, mit einem Bad ohne Handtuchhaken und ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Fenster sind schwer oder garnicht zu bedienen. Die Faltrollos an den Fenstern sind alle beschädigt oder kaputt. Großer Lärmpegel von der Straße. Oropax ist zu empfehlen. Der Fernseher bietet kein Linear - TV, sondern nur von irgendwelchen Apps. Eigentlich kann der Fernseher raus. Er ist nicht zu benutzen. Das beste an dem Zimmer ist die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank. Leider ist Lösung von Problemen über WhatsApp nicht so optimal. Es geht viel Zeit verloren, aber geholfen wird. Fazit: Man kann dort wohnen, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche stellt und selbst auf Sauberkeit im Zimmer achtet.
