We're sorry to hear that we missed placing that soap in your room but we're glad our staff members were able to fix that for you. As for your billing even if you do choose the pay at the hotel option through a 3rd party we do take the authorizations in the afternoon for all of our arrivals the day of. When it comes to the prepaid option those payments are taken by the 3rd party at the time of booking and then we charge their account on the day of arrival. As for our property we are in the beginning steps of our full remodel to address those issues and when it comes to any smells like smoke we could have offered you any number of rooms to better suit you had we known about that issue. We are working to get that pool fixed as soon as we can as we know a lot of people bring kids on the weekends for a night out to swim. Unfortunately our rooms do not have USB chargers right now and when we get our new equipment during our upcoming remodel they will have those in the future. As for our noise tolerance policy we do evict noisy guests who impact others stays but that requires that we are informed about these issues at the time. If in the future you experience these issues I highly recommend contacting the front desk immediately so that we can effectively take care of that. Its our goal to provide every guest with a quality stay and a quiet nights rest and we hope we have the opportunity to give that to you and your family again in the future.
