Dear Robert, Thank you for your review and we aopologize for any troubles you had during your stay. But, we also want to inform you, that our receptionist checked you in to a room you reserved - as you reserved a single room with shared bathroom. We have more then one room of this kind and the program automaticly asigns room for every guest. Later Joanna moved you to another room , just to make your stay more pleasant as you felt uncomfortable in your room, so in this case it was Joanna (Yana) who understood that and helped you buy giving you a double room - although , she did not had the right to do it in the evening without a permission of the manager. We tried to do our best to help you in your situation. We changed the room twice and we even gave you the room with the private bathroom, when you reserved with the shared bathroom. We understand that maybe this kind of breakfast is not good for everybody, But unfortunately the bar where our guests had breakfast before was closed , so for now this is the only option we have .
