Completata a gennaio 2019, la Sugarbush Tiny House / Cabin è un design accogliente, ma confortevole, 152 SF di ingombro ridotto. Sarai sorpreso di come la Tiny House viva molto più grande delle sue dimensioni.

The Tiny House risiede su 3. 2 acri di foresta boscosa alla base di Mount Ellen / Sugarbush. Puoi sciare da Lower FIS o Snowflake e le piste sono a pochi passi (circa 1/3 miglia) dal parcheggio / navetta di base.

The Tiny House esegue il backup su Lockwood Brook e oltre 20 acri di terreno di proprietà di Sugarbush.

La Tiny House dispone di un divano-letto comfort in pelle americana che è considerato il divano-letto più comodo sul mercato. È una meraviglia tecnologica, facile da usare e il suo materasso in schiuma garantisce un ottimo riposo notturno.

La cucina sorprendentemente ben attrezzata è dotata di frigorifero, piano cottura a induzione, forno a convezione, macchina per il caffè con tazza K Keurig e lavastoviglie. Viene fornito un assortimento completo di utensili da cucina. Sarai sorpreso di quanto spazio hai per preparare un pasto se lo desideri!

La piccola casa ha un soffitto della cattedrale di 12 '. Il riscaldamento è fornito dal riscaldamento a pavimento radiante, da un riscaldatore a parete ad alta potenza da 4.000 Watt micathermic e da un riscaldatore / ventilatore NuTone da 1500 Watt nel bagno. La Tiny House rimane facilmente calda come desideri anche a temperature sotto lo zero!

Internet ad alta velocità (100 Mb in basso / 100 Mb in alto) e WIFi. Trasmetti in streaming i tuoi programmi preferiti sulla Vizio Smart TV da 55 ”con Chromecast.

Una chiave viene fornita al capannone di stoccaggio non riscaldato (72SF) affinché l'ospite possa conservare / bloccare i bagagli o gli attrezzi.

C'è un Loft (non nella foto) nella piccola casa che viene utilizzato per l'archiviazione del proprietario ed è vietato agli ospiti.

Ci sono chiaramente visibili telecamere di sicurezza esterne che proteggono le finestre / le porte di Tiny House e all'interno del magazzino.

Lo shopping e tutte le vostre esigenze di vacanza sono a Waitsfield / Irasville, a 4-5 miglia di distanza.

Durante i mesi invernali la Mad River Valley gestisce navette gratuite da Mount Ellen a Lincoln Peak per lo shopping a Irasville / Waitsfield e numerose fermate intermedie!

Mt Ellen visit

Cute house, neat and tidy both inside and out. All the conveniences of home tucked away inside. The sofa bed was comfortable, and the shower area was spacious. The host responded quickly to any questions. Great location within a couple miles of the town itself. We had a great stay!

We loved our stay at the Sugarbush Tiny House! It was the perfect location, close to great coffee, shops, and restaurants. Very close to outdoor recreation as well. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The property is stunning! We had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location and Amazing Price

The location near the mountain, the peace and quiet, the view from the cabin, and the cabin itself is amazing and perfect for a group of 2 or less. The cabin supplies pretty much everything someone needs to live comfortably, it was clean, well kept and cozy. The price was very reasonable. The owner is very respectful, helpful, and communicative! The only gripe I have is the road leading in to the cabin is terrible, especially after a storm. It’s made of dirt and a little bit of gravel. If you don't have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, you gotta gun it in and out, and pray you don't get stuck. I hope the residence of the neighborhood come up with a better solution to make that road into something better. Besides that, HIGHLY recommend this place!

Tiny but great

The place is nice and has all of the amenities you can fit into a tiny house. I wish they would open the loft so that you don’t have to pull open the couch in order to have a bed, but that is the only downside.

Excellent

This Tiny house is very close to Mt Ellen lifts - convenient for ski and snowshoeing. It is quiet and has beautiful views. Perfect for two people. The host is excellent- just the right info at the right time... everything was on point. My daughter loved the Tiny house - very unique experience. Our girls weekend was just perfect. Five stars experience!

Mike and Joan’s tiny house has a remote and private feel while offering modern and comfortable amenities just minutes from anything you may need. I was struck by the efficient and thoughtful design of the home and how much larger the space felt do to intelligent layout features.

Mike & Joan were fantastic hosts. The tiny house was everything that we expected & more! They do a 1st class job with their place. Best Vrbo experience I've had. Hopefully the tiny house is available when we visit Sugarbush again!

Sugarbush Visit - Jan 2023

This was a quick trip for 2 days of skiing, and enjoying a birthday celebration with friends in the area. The “tiny house” worked out perfectly for us and was very close to everywhere we needed to be.

I loved that this was tucked away in the mountain but with easy access to the property as well as to stores, Burlington and other areas around Vermont. It was beautiful and the property management was right there if I needed anything! Very easy to communicate with as well! I will be going back!

I especially praise the location in thick woods, convenient to the valleys and with a climb up and down VT 17, to Burlington. Not for Boca people that expect 1,000 sq ft bathrooms and huge jacuzzis.

The organization and completeness of this very tiny home is amazing. It was a perfect place to wake up to the beauty of a snowstorm that's quintessential VT, especially since the floorboards are heated! We had a great 2 day getaway.

A Quiet and Comfortable Sugarbush Getaway

The tiny home is well designed and beautifully built, maximizing a small footprint. You will find everything you need and luxuries you might not expect. The location could not be better, just down the road from Mt. Ellen's base. All kinds of activities are available just around the corner regardless of the time of year. A couple of things to prepare for: 1. As the owner mentions, If you're traveling in the winter, an all-wheel-drive vehicle with good tires is highly recommended. The road is local, and there's a slight incline to the drive that without these, you might get stuck after a snow storm. 2. My partner and I were surprised by the curtain-only restroom divider. Communication with Mike is effortless, and his response time was always quick if needed. I would recommend staying here, and we certainly look forward to revisiting Vermont!

The Tiny House is cute and comfortable with a great location

The Tiny House was perfect for a short getaway to enjoy winter sports in a nice, convenient location. The house is just big enough for a couple to enjoy affordable, modern amenities after a day of skiing at Mt. Ellen or snowshoeing right outside your door. The owners were very nice & helpful. We hope to visit again.
