Nova - I am sorry you found your stay disappointing. There is never a good time for repairs in a 24/7/365 business and finding a time that does not affect guests is nearly impossible. Regarding the complimentary breakfast, you must have missed the breakfast sandwiches that were available to be microwaved. We do get great compliments on them as well as the variety offered. Thank you for your response and my apologies that you were disappointed with your stay and the cleanliness issues. In our newly renovated rooms we have added lighting that has the usb ports for charging, but in any case there are always charger plugs left behind and available at the front desk so you can plug into a regular outlet. Noise from other rooms is typically not a problem with our entire building being concrete block and steel unless the guest was in the hallway. My apologies, sometimes guest forget there are others who may be sleeping.Also I am sorry you did not find the continental breakfast offerings to your liking, we try to provide a variety including breakfast sandwiches or breakfast burritos to warm in the microwave as well as a variety of breads, muffins, yogurt, cereals and oatmeal, fresh fruit, granola bars and cheese sticks and hard boiled eggs for a variety of protein sources. I know that is more than I have for selections at home!We hope you enjoy the remainder of your summer!Deb and Staff

Also apologies for the noise from other guests, I know it was a very busy time during your stay and the majority of the guests were with the 2 area baseball tournaments, that means families, kids and fun in the pool - sometimes they forget others are sleeping or resting.
