“Everything was perfect”

Second room also had a very odd smell (like maple syrup) but was not disgusting like the first. When showering, we noticed mold on ceiling (took pics). Breakfast next morning was luke-warm to cold. “Ac was broken and after finding roaches in the dresser drawers that weren’t broken we decided not to eat breakfast. Also there were bugs in the bathroom - the lamp was broken and the bathroom door was rotted or chewed out on the bottom inside the bathroom. The bath tub drain was non existent”
