Hotel is nice. We had a problem at check out. Seems the day before they never official checked us in. That got fixed in about 10 minutes. The room was nice except some mold in the corner of shower. No breakfast, no restaurant or bar as advertised.

Me and my husband always go to this Sonesta.. employees are always super nice and respectful… the rooms are always clean.. the only thing that this time down side is that someone was hosting a party and couldn’t sleep until 3 am… had to complain twice and i usually don’t but it was too late and they weren’t just loud they were banging on things and I had to be up at 6 am

The water on the pool was so cold that we decided to get out of the pool and the pool was the main reason why we chose this hotel and the toilet on the room it didn’t have water we went to the front desk to let them know what was happening and they just gave us the key from another room to use the toilet because at that moment it was nobody to fixed the problem it was horrible experience .

The front counter employee gave me keys to an occupied room, i walked in on someone in the bathroom and got screamed at by a complete stranger. Was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I'd like some sort of compensation if possible. Completely unnecessary.

Very disappointed, pictures and amenities said there was a hot tub and breakfast included. There was no hot tub and no breakfast. This were 2 of the reasons why we stayed at this hotel. Will not book with them again.

Our smoke detector chirped all night.i notified staff but guessing they were unable to change the batteries. One of the lights in the room didn’t work. The walls are VERY THIN. Overall it was nice but probably won’t stay there again.

Ok for the price. Pool clean. Workout area, room and lobby clean. A little dated. Maid service only upon request on weekends. Requested twice, never cleaned. The facility was clean, with convenient extras like an iron/steamer and hair dryer in the room. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I was there for a wedding, and they were kind enough to hand out bags to the guests, and set up a conference room for the bridal party to get hair and makeup done. They also provided a shuttle service for the rehearsal dinner and wedding. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re getting married in the area.
