Yellowstone adventure!
Property was perfect for Yellowstone trip. So close to the west entrance! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very prompt and helpful, even helping us retrieve items that were left behind. Kitchen is well stocked, amenities as advertised, very clean property in a very quiet neighborhood.

Great stay

Clean and comfortable!
This property was very clean and comfortable. We felt very at home. Beds were great. This unit was decorated beautifully and quite spacious. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and many extras that were provided like Bear spray, laundry detergent, coffee-to-go cups, paper towels and cleaning supplies. We felt very at home.

Had a great time visiting Yellowstone for three days. The condo was perfect for our family. Close to the West gate and walking distance from the cute town. Walked to dinner and ice cream snd shopping. Great time!

Great location with easy access to everything
Me and my family spent 3 nights at this property. The best part is the location it is close to the west entrance and all the amenities n the town. Ryan was very quick in his responses and was ready to help with any issues or questions that we had during our stay. One thing that could be improved is the quality of the mattresses but that should not be a blocker to enjoy everything else that this property has to offer.

Fantastic Property!
From the beginning of the reservation process, the owners were amazing- kind, helpful, and incredibly prompt to inquiries we had. The property itself is in the perfect location. It took us minutes to get to Yellowstone, and we walked to the shops downtown. It was spotless upon arrival and was more than we expected.

Great Yellowstone Stay
Excellent property with every detail thought of. Nice quiet location just a few blocks from the main part of town. Hosts provided excellent instructions and were in contact throughout our booking and stay. All four bedrooms were nice sized. We did not cook at all, but the kitchen was well stocked down to ice trays and frozen packs for the ice chest. Great property!

If Yellowstone is your destination, then this place is for you.
this is a great location for entry to the park. the condo is clean, adequate and welcoming. it has everything you need for your stay and the owners are very accommodating. it is walking distance to the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay very much and have already thought of our return in the future. Quiet and Comfortable.

The condo fit our needs perfectly. We had 7 adults and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Location is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store.

Exceeded expectations
We loved the large space and decor of this townhome. Many listings say full kitchen and then you find things missing like a cutting board! This house did not disappoint. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and to put away our stuff. The location was very convenient. When we wanted something extra, we texted the owners and received an answer very quickly. I loved the small touches like toilet paper, extra shampoo, tissues , plenty of towels , and zip lock bags. I highly recommend this unit.

Great Stay
Perfect location to tour Yellowstone NP. Our hosts were phenomenal, they quickly answered several questions we had! We were with family and so having 2 bedrooms & a bath on the upper level and 2 bedrooms & bath plus a 1/2 bath on the main level were ideal. The townhome had everything we needed for our week stay!

Perfect location
They have everything you’ll need at this townhome. Everything was simple and easy, including getting to the park and the cute town (walkable). It was helpful that they even had bug spray and bear spray (neither of which we ended up using), but good to have just in case. They even have coolers and freezer packs. Coming from TX, it was an adjustment sleeping with no AC, but it’s common there to not have it. Everything else was great!

Great stay!
This is our second time staying and it’s perfect! We come to town to snowmobile and it’s so convenient to stay in town, perfect location and close to everything. The house is clean, cozy and has everything you need and plenty of space.

Great Stay - Very Clean
This is the second time we have stayed in this property to enjoy a few days of snowmobiling in the Galatin National Forest. The condo works extremely well as a base for our stay and the accommodations are really nice. We would ride in the mornings, come back and enjoy a nice lunch and then go back out for a nice afternoon ride. Communication with the owners was excellent at all stages of the rental. You will not be disappointed in this property for your stay near Yellowstone!

Great townhome!
Lovely accommodations, well thought out amenities. Easy access from the street. Very comfortable beds and bed linens. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available to us. Taking the trash to the garbage area was a little tricky and might be even trickier in snow. All in all we had a very positive experience.

Ryan’s property
This property was exceptional. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with extra thoughtful things like a Keurig with coffee and in the closet behind us there was an assortment of miscellaneous things that guest might need if they’d forgotten a toothbrush or a seat for their toddler. We enjoyed every minute of this property. They made sure that we arrived safely and even offered to allow us to check in early that day. If we are ever in West Yellowstone again we will seek out this property

An amazing sparkling clean townhouse!
I have never stayed in a place that was so well stocked! They even had air fresheners and nightlights all over the place! The decor was beautiful and everything was so clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we thank Ryan and Lisa for being the perfect hosts.

Extended Family Vacation
We were in Yellowstone for an extended family vacation. We had rented two units a few doors away from each other. This unit was exactly what we wanted. It had all the items that we needed in the kitchen, a washer and dryer that came in handy after a long day of hiking, and comfortable beds. The living room couch was comfortable and the open area out back was perfect for the kids to throw the frisbee or baseball. We walked into town to eat, shop and go to the ropes course. Our only complaint was that it was a little warm in the house, but the fans in each room helped a lot and it was a very hot August! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The Townhouse stay was a great way to end our vacation. It was very neat, clean and well appointed. The house was especially well stocked and we did not want for anything. Great Stay in Yellowstone
We fully enjoyed our stay at this property in West Yellowstone. The home has wonderful character and the owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The rooms on the top floor were a bit warm in the summer months but it was wonderful that they included fans. Our entire family enjoyed the proximity to Yellowstone and the ability to walk to local restaurants and shops in Yellowstone. While the area continues to recover from the historic floods, we fully enjoyed our stay, our days at Yellowstone and the charm of the local area. Thanks again!

Condo was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the five of us! The access to downtown was fantastic (easy walk to everything)! Unfortunately we didn’t get to see Yellowstone because of the closure but the owner helped us find other areas around Yellowstone to visit. Would highly recommend this condo for those visiting Yellowstone!

Great Location, Very Comfortable
The house was in a great location. Quick easy access to the park and easy walking distance into town, grocery and restaurants. The house was very clean and had a good supply of all your basic needs (shampoo/conditioner, soap, tp, dish soap, dish washer detergent, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.). More than enough for our four days. They have a keurig (not a regular pot, FYI) and provided some coffee. There was even a few basic cooking ingredients you might need. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and pots/pans for everything we needed. They also had bear spray available for hiking so you didn't have to pay a mint and leave it behind. As others have said, the basement is two rooms, but one is a walk through. This was no problem for us as parents/children slept here and were comfortable. The two upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and shared a single hall bath. The bed I had was plush. Not as firm as I like, but everyone has different tastes there. They provided extra blankets and fans in at least two of the rooms (I forgot to ask my sister in the basement). Everything worked perfectly and there were no maintenance issues. Parking was easy out front on the street and there didn't seem to be any difficulty finding a space. The owner texted to make sure all was well and answered questions readily. They were very helpful and friendly. To tell the truth, we had planned to get a little bit fancier place, but decided we needed to be more frugal because airfare and rental car were more than we planned. This house turned out to be even better than we thought and we were very glad that we rented it. We would definitely come back.

Perfect location for a Yellowstone exploration.
This was the first time visiting Yellowstone for our family and we couldn’t have been more pleased with this West Yellowstone property. It is truly less than 5 minutes to the gate and allowed us to maximize our time in the park. The property itself was super clean and smelled fresh, not perfumed, which is a big thing for my environmentally sensitive sister. It was very comfortable for 5 adults with a well equipped kitchen and seating areas. The lower 2 bedrooms are not completely private which could be an issue for couples but not for our sons. As an extra bonus, they had bear spray for us to borrow, which saved us buying or renting. Nice touch.

Townhouse for our snowmobile trip
We really enjoyed this townhouse. Very nice & clean. Great set up- 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms in basement. 2 full baths -1 upstairs and 1-in Basement and 1/2 bath on main floor. Had an issue with washer but owners were great about letting us use another washer in one of their properties. This townhouse was in a wonderful location in West Yellowstone. Close to the snowmobile rentals we had for the week. Close to restaurants and shopping. Everything we needed in a vacation rental. Definitely would recommend this rental for families and friends. ( One suggestion- kitchen could use a pizza cutter.)

Perfect Townhome in Great Location
The townhome was the perfect place to stay for our snowmobile trip to Yosemite and Gallatin National Forest. Stayed with my two adult sons for a three-day snowmobile vacation. We each had our own bedroom and the living area and kitchen were great for our gatherings and meals. The unit was very clean and they have everything you need for a great stay. The dryer was great for drying out our clothing during the day and at the end of our days on the trail. Can't recommend this property enough for all your West Yellowstone and Yellowstone stays. The owners were excellent at communicating with me to ensure we had everything we needed for check-in and during our stay. Another outstanding VRBO stay with great owners.

West Yellowstone home away from home!
We absolutely loved our stay here in West Yellowstone. This townhouse is perfectly located, very close to the Yellowstone National Park entrance. Shopping and dinning are all very close as well. We were all extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this rental and the attention to even the smallest little details. . There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and be comfortable. The hosts are very organized and thought of everything, making our stay away from home just wonderful. The communication with the hosts was great! They were very welcoming, helpful and quick to respond. Honestly, we were all so comfortable we wished we would’ve had more time to spend here. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay.
