Family in for wedding
This property was perfect for hosting a large group of family members who were visiting for a wedding. It was large, clean and well equipped.

Great place
This was one of the best supplied short term rentals I have stayed in. Had every thing we needed for our 3 generation family. Clean and well appointed.

Great Home
Overall, the home was great! The 1 morning the sun came out, the sunrise from bedroom was amazing. The downfall was the small yard and horrible weather. Bad storms all week so we did not get to enjoy the water much. Power flickered a lot, but luckily we didn’t lose power. Little nats were always in kitchen. Couldn’t figure it out why so many and where they were coming from. Again, house was great. Just the little things made it not so fun for the kids. Freshwater people were easy to work with and super accommodating.

Great getaway

Family from France in for a wedding
The house was roomy and well laid out. All nine family members were comfortable. The lake and park were wonderful. The kayaks and beach towels were appreciated. The only drawback is the proximity to Oakland airport.

Nice house
The house is very nice. Unfortunately the Air conditioner was broken over a holiday weekend, so multiple calls were made by freshwater but unable to resolve thruout our stay. They did what they could but definitely hampered our stay

Michele, once again, please accept our apologies for the issues with the AC. We do our best to get service people out ASAP, but this time it was obviously not expedient. The entire system has now been replaced with a new one. We're glad that you like the cottage, and we hope to work with you again.

Family vacation
Our stay at this rental was great! It was very clean, spacious and communication with owners was quick and timely. We had the best time and will definitely be back in the future!

Family getaway
We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely home on Pontiac Lake. There was plenty of space and the home was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, having a fire in the fire pit and kayaking on the beautiful lake. Would definitely recommend this property.

This was an amazing place to stay! We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest.
We came in for a dance competition and we’re able to relax and enjoy this beautiful home when our girls were not dancing. The property managers were very easy to communicate with. We will stay here again for sure!

Excellent house!
This large house is very nice and has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms and beds are great. The showers were easily accessible and everything was updated. The outside area was very nice and would have been great place to sit outside except the weather did not cooperate . But the view from inside is beautiful also! We went to the Ford Museum and Greenfield Village which were about a 45 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay!
