People are super friendly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast selection was ample. The only area that I didn't give five stars was the fact that there were not a lot of restaurants right nearby but that's not a big deal overall, a great stay.

I left one of my belongings inside the room closet the day of check out. I've tried calling the holiday inn and they will not answer the telephone. Poor service. I asked for a receipt when I checked out the hotel and the staff stated they were out of paper. What??? Then the dryer is out of order.

Good hotel. The parking lot was a little crowded, but I was traveling and got there late in the evening, still found a spot. Didn’t wake up in time for the breakfast so can’t speak for that. The room was clean and comfortable. So was the bed. Bathroom had nice products. The area was nice and not too far off I-95. Stayed overnight for a long road trip. Staff was polite. It’s a basic hotel, but much nicer than other ones I’ve stayed at in the area. Only downside was no extra blankets in the room, just the ones on the bed. Staff was polite and friendly.

The AC was not working and when I asked for a late checkout was told to leave by 11am

I hope that we were informed so we could help with the Air/Heat Unit for you. As for the late check out, I am sorry that we could not accommodate a late check out for you. We always try our best but sometimes it is beyond our control. We hope you come see us again.

I reserved a room for my friend and his cousins who were traveling down 95 from NY to So. Florida so they could sleep for a few hours and when they got to the property at 1AM they were turned down and went somewhere else - I will never use Expedia's services again.

We travel quite a bit and this property was the nicest I have seen. The furnishings all looked perfect for the areas they were in. Lots of plump pillows, comfortable beds. The breakfast was a good variety and you could smell it the minute you got off the elevator. I would definitely stay there again.

Service good, breakfast disappointing..
Average stay. Breakfast was disappointing. No pancakes, no cinnamon rolls, hot bar didnt look appealing. It's the reason we choose Holiday Inn. Everything else was typical, and staff was friendly and helpful.

ROOM HAD PEOPLE IN IT. UGH!
Lady at front desk on phone when we checked in, took us 10 minutes to get room key. Our room had people in it, had to go back to front desk to get new room. UGH!

I am completing disappointed about my family experience with our stay at this hotel. When we arrived we were promptly greeted. However, that positive experience was very short lived. Once we got our room key it went very quickly downhill from there. We were giving keys to a room that should have been ours because of a special request I made however it was given to another party. Well the front desk person didnt catch that and proceeded to give us keys to the room already occupied. I was horrify when my 11 years old son opened the door to see a naked man standing in the room! The shock for us and the embarassment for the gentleman. It was just horrible. We were inconvenient to have to go down to the front desk about the whole ordeal. Coming off a long 4 hours drive to this mix up when all you want to do is take a hot shower and hop in the bed was a big disappointment and very inconvenient. Then we asked for the roll away bed which was my special request. When it was delivery i was speechless. The bed looked like it was snatched from someone's curb that placed it there for trash pick up. I could not belive this was a being offered and in its condition. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I would not recommend this property! Gave it a one star rating due to the staff otherwise it would be a zero.

Wonderful hotel
Lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of luggage carts in good condition were available. Room had good working AC/heat, great water pressure and comfortable bed. Had blow dryer, microwave, mini-fridge and nice kuerig coffee maker. Room 208 was clean snd in good working order (11/2023). Breakfast was outstanding with REAL cheese eggs. Even had a machine that makes pancakes at the push of one button! This hotel knocked it out of the ballpark.

Bathroom Floors were slippery from cleaning product. Mopped ourselves and still slippery. Room smelled musty and mildew. Towels and bedding were clean. Front desk clerk overwhelmed w complaints and poor service as we checked in. Room assigned was already occupied.

Fantastic breakfast
The hotel was pretty much spotless. The room looked to be fairly new with nice modern furniture and bathroom accessories. The breakfast buffet was top notch, eggs, sausage, hot cinnamon buns, biscuits and gravy, a pancake machine (not waffles but pancakes!) fruit, cereals, yogurt, various juices. My only complaint would be it's about 5 miles from the highway but well worth the few minute drive.

The property is fine for a “no frills” overnight stay. There were several cleanliness issues; the beds didn’t appear to be “freshly made” before we checked in, the coffee /fridge area did not appear to be refilled and the bathroom had water stains on the door - veneer peeling, towels were not clean/bleached. They had been laundered and folded however stains were visible once they were wet. In fairness, we did not bring any of this to the attention of the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient and the staff was extremely friendly.

The carpets in the hallways were disgusting and looked as though they had never been cleaned. There was a leak down the hall from our room that had a bucket under it to catch the water. There was also a used "K-cup" lying there. I tried to cancel the 2nd night, but since I booked thru travelocity I was not able to. I didn't stay the 2nd night. I will be contacting my credit card company about a refund for the 2nd night.

I give it a 2/5 my room #408 the shower didn’t work. I don’t eat pork so ask staff what meat their serving for breakfast because they can only cook . I had water bugs in my room. The pool is very small.

Khadijah,I am sorry that you had some issues while you were staying with us. Thank you for letting us know about the shower, it is being fixed as we speak. As for the breakfast meat, We do have turkey sausage upon request. Most of it is thrown away so because of waste purposes, we do not offer it on the line. I am sorry that the pool was not as big as you would have liked. It was as big as could be when the hotel was built. We hope you come see us again.
