“When I forgot my toothpaste, the older gentleman at the desk went back to his own room to get me a big tube of toothpaste! Said I could give it back when I was done. I bought him a new one and when I gave it to him, he has found two small sample toothpastes for me. So kind.....”

“This wax a nice place. The only complaint is that a member of the staff wax sleeping on the couch in the lobby as we were checking out. Not a good sign of professionalism. ”

“We got there in the room was on second floor at the end of the hallway and the lady at the front desk gave us a room around the corner because we had someone that had was handicapped and did not charge us extra I thought that was very nice of her”

“The property over all was kept very clean. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with plenty of towels! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were simple but plentyful. With hot and cold options. This will be my go to hotel whenever I travel to St. Charles, which is several times a year.”
