Hotel a Defiance

“Rooms are new and upgraded. Staff was wonderufl, Pool was clean. Only downside is no elevator to the second floor. ”

“The AC/Heating system worked well and was easy to adjust. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The only concern I had was not being told in advance that the lighting system was on a timer. That information would have been nice to know before the lights went out on me in the bathroom with no windows. ”

“Good breakfast. Room was well laid out and shower was large and easy to get in and out.”

“The room was fantastic, especially the bathroom. Very clean, very quiet and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious and there was a large selection of different food items. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“Very outdated. Location appears understaffed. No one to greet you at checkout at the front desk. Updates taking place to the facility but appears to be low grade updates for a building that needs a complete overhaul.”

“Check in was quick and smooth, however, when we arrived in our room, it was late and we wanted to go to bed. When we turned down the bed, the bed spread and sheets were visibly dirty and there was someone's body hair in the bed. It looked like it had been slept in and the linens not changed. Looking around the room, there were large stains on the chair and sofa and the bathroom wasn't very clean either. We requested a different room from the front desk, which they quickly provided. “Complimentary breakfast was decent, the freebie dinner and drinks was nice too. Very safe feeling area, very nice room. Extremely clean, and the staff was great. One of the better hotel experiences I've had in general.”
