Hotel a Defiance

“CleanRoom but quite small. Juice machine was broke and biscuits were all gone with the biscuits and gravy.”

“Positively: the room was clean, we appreciated a room with 3 queen beds, the AC worked, check-in was smooth Negatively: the breakfast was high carb with few protein options and the coffee was out, our room was hot when we arrived and the AC took a long time to cool down, the bathroom fan did not work”

“We got to the property and it had some sketchy vibes to it. The pool was closed for maintenance and we were not told beforehand. It was very unfortunate since that was what my kids were looking forward to the most. The facility seemed unclean, not filthy, but kinda gross feeling. The staff was helpful and offered other things to do in the area since the pool was closed for maintenance. They were kind enough to get us adjoining rooms as well.”

“Very nice gentleman checked me in. Said the room was recently remodeled. Toilet was running all night. Seat was broken, cockroach in shower. They are trying to upgrade and it needs to be done by professionals.”
