“It was fine, the grandkid's loved the pool and the arcade.”

“The blankets felt more like curtains, heavy, rigid and not soft and pillows were half the size of those literally anyplace else so sleeping became a chore. Furniture was run down with cracks in the mirror and staples popping out of the stand the TV sat on. No amount of tidying up can fix how run down this place is. You get what you pay for. Next time, I'm picking the big Holiday Inn instead.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself left MUCH to be desired. I requested a crib/pack & play when booking and none were available when we checked in. The sheets were gross. I have no other words for it. We checked out and went down the road to the Holiday Inn. I have never left a hotel before due to uncleanliness but there was no way I could, in good conscience, allow my toddlers to sleep in those conditions. “We only stayed overnight to fatch a very early flight from STL airport, they offered free refreshments in the evening till 7:00pm but we did not try but was told it was very good. Bed was very comfortable abd unfortunately we did nit get to try the breakfast buffet due to a 4:30am flight, staff was friendly.”

“I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. ”
