Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning. We didn’t have an ice bucket because they are not required to keep them for every room. The front desk said they had a handful of them, but...

“All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. “It was clean and easy to find/park. However the shower did not get warm even after letting it run. They had rules for cleaning like it was an Airbnb. Check out was at 10 am. ”

“When you get there drive all the way to the “back” of the hotel, the casino throws you off and it’s tricky to find the entrance. Use the parking garage! Other than that, the hotel is really nice and staff is friendly! The rooms were clean and there was always a nice scent about the hallways. It’s close enough to St.Louis area but it’s not downtown. ”
