“Our stay was great! The room was nice, breakfast was delicious. The pool was awesome. Our two year old isn’t real fond of water but the 1 1/2 foot pool was perfect for her. She enjoyed herself, practiced swimming, played with a few pool toys. It was great! The complimentary popcorn and water with lemon in it was a nice touch we appreciated as well! We will definitely stay again!”

“The pool experience was uncomfortable. The staff member doing rounds around the pool area was very rude and slammed the pool door very hard while we were still inside. Her attitude was not friendly or professional.”

“The whole hotel reeks of incenses or some over powering smell that sticks to your clothes and hair. I visited the room once and knew right away I couldn’t stay there. The room lamp had mold on it. The door rattles and shaked like its been kicked down a few times. The door lock was barely hanging on. The room and bathroom is dingy. Looks like someone unlit their cigarette on the tub. The glass surrounding the tub looked unsafe.”

“Desk staff was very professional. I do not use credit cards. So they would not accept my Visa debit card. It’s very unfortunate that I had that experience and had to move to the hotel across the street.”

“Room needed to have been dusted, may not of been used recently. Refrigerator and microwave worked. Plenty of towels supplied. Bed comfortable. Chair hard. Elevator not working one morning and took a while to get someone there to fix it. Breakfast warm to cold everyday. Could warm up in microwave. Had exact same thing each weekday but slightly different on weekend. Yogurt was delicious! Trash cans were overflowing. Told staff someone had spilled milk on floor and never did clean up. “Very nice staff and room was very clean. Pool was a bit small but kids loved it. Also really enjoyed the breakfast and cookies and milk in the evening. Would stay there again.”

“I could not give this a lower review. Would be zero. First, you get in there and there is a strong smell of weed and smoke. Our door did not open without turning it upwards, which the receptionist had to show us. Then, you enter the room and none of the lights work. The toilet had no water and a broken chain in the tank and did not flush. To top it off, there was still hair in the shower and an old wash cloth hanging over the rod. Upon hearing our frustration, they moved us to a different room...
