“the staff was great and the property was in a good location. the problem was the dirty pillows (they stank) and the door slams shut crazy loud. also the water pressure for the bathroom sink was almost non existent”

“Rooms in the villa portion o g the hotel are old and smell like mold. They had a febreeze car air freshener in the AC unit to make the room smell better. I asked to be moved and the main hotel was much nicer and cleaner.”

“It was a ok to stay there. I think the property just needs some new up dates/remodeling. Just brighten up the colors in the hotel is very dark but I think it’s cause it’s just an older building? And the entryway when you come in was not very displayed like the entryway, but I figured it out”

“Carpet in our room was full of stains and did not feel clean to the touch. Obvious odor of cigarette smoke on everything, cigarette burns on the pull out mattress. Advertised as a king and a queen, actually two queens. Area did not feel safe for us or for our car traveling as a family.”

“Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water”

“We've stayed at Drury Inn in Park Valley several times. It's our halfway point between our home and Oklahoma to visit family. Drury Inn staff are always helpful, rooms are clean and quiet. We really enjoy our stay.”
