“Neighborhood was quiet, the house is charming with 2 apartments - 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The house is currently listed for sale. The house was clean but it definitely has been used as a rental, it shows some wear and tear. Some leaky faucets, one microwave was missing a face and we couldn't really use it, nothing hugely concerning. We really could have used more wash cloths/hand towels/body towels/kitchen towels - there wasn't enough for...

“My family stayed here while we were finishing up a renovation on our home. The house was neatly appointed with everything we needed and such a great location to the park - we biked or walked to the Boathouse many times and loved the convenience of the house for all the various festivals in the park (like the movie night and the Muny!) The street is nice and quiet and had ample on-street parking. Will definitely recommend to family when they’re in town visiting!”

“The arrangement of the room is kind of strange. And there is no light for living room kind of dim at night. The doors are old and lock is hard to open or close. But other things overall good.”

“It’s an older house, so you are dealing with creaky floors and such, which is ok. The floors were really dirty/sticky so we had to clean. There were also virtually no pots/pans that weren’t old/rusted/flaking. The owner was apologetic, reimbursed us for our time cleaning and pots/pans we had to buy. It needs a better selection of cooking things, so hopefully that gets adddress so families can stay there. ”

“Cute, centrally located, and convenient. Some of the amenities were not instantly intuitive (for instance, the light fixtures and air conditioning), but the host was gracious and responsive. All in all, this was a very cozy and pleasant respite from the stress of visiting my family! ”
