“This is an older house, there is a soft spot in the floor outside the bathroom that can catch your feet if you’re not careful. The rooms were clean and we had what we needed. There are small areas that weren’t clean but I can tell the owner has done a lot of work to update and make the house cozy. We enjoyed our stay! My only complaint is that the listing states there is a parking spot, however it’s street parking and we did have people take the spot in front of the house so we had to find other...

“My family stayed here while we were finishing up a renovation on our home. The house was neatly appointed with everything we needed and such a great location to the park - we biked or walked to the Boathouse many times and loved the convenience of the house for all the various festivals in the park (like the movie night and the Muny!) The street is nice and quiet and had ample on-street parking. Will definitely recommend to family when they’re in town visiting!”

“The place look just like the pictures. But please be aware of the issues the place has. This is a duplex no one lives in the other apartment but i kept hearing loud noises coming from upstairs. Most blinds in the house do not have strings on them to let them up or down. “Convenient location, difficult access.There are two flights of narrow, dark, dirty, carpeted stairs that smell strongly of pet urine before you reach the property. The space was 87 degrees when I arrived at 11:30 pm. Manager advised that the thermostat was probably installed incorrectly and I should just open windows. Since it was so hot from the heat running, it took all night to cool down, and the street noises and neighbors were very loud.No linens for the two additional beds available....

“It’s an older house, so you are dealing with creaky floors and such, which is ok. The floors were really dirty/sticky so we had to clean. There were also virtually no pots/pans that weren’t old/rusted/flaking. The owner was apologetic, reimbursed us for our time cleaning and pots/pans we had to buy. It needs a better selection of cooking things, so hopefully that gets adddress so families can stay there. ”

“House was fine. Kitchen is big and worked great for cooking some home meals. House is older but has been renovated. Bathroom door on the first floor does not close all the way. The basement rooms have accordion curtains vs doors. My mom did find a bug crawling on her luggage. "All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
