Case in affitto in Stazione di Skinker

“It was a great place. Close to everything we needed. Easy check in and check out. Only suggestion i have is curtains in the madter bedroom. The street light is right outside the window and pretty bright at night. Otherwise, no complaints. ”

“Clean place and host communicates well! Super convenient location and we had street parking right in front of the place the whole time!”

“Very clean, a quiet neighborhood, great location for what we needed to do, Lots of space to spread out in the house as we were five adults. Bathrooms were a bit small, but we managed. Fourth bedroom has a small twin bed. It was nice having two of the bedrooms on the main level for elderly people.”

“We spent three nights here with our grandchildren and it was a good fit for us. Everything was clean, the check in process was easy and Andrew responded promptly to any messages. It was a less than 5-minute walk from the metro station which was very convenient, especially when we went to the Cardinals/Cubs game. We appreciated Andrew's advice when I asked him about traveling on the metro with kids in the evening and we always felt safe, even when walking back at 10:30pm. The fact that it has two...

“Host provided excellent communication. The home was very clean abd had everything we needed. Would stay again!”

“The arrangement of the room is kind of strange. And there is no light for living room kind of dim at night. The doors are old and lock is hard to open or close. But other things overall good.”

“Fantastic location for exploration of the city.”

“Great place!”

“This was an adorable house and was perfect for our trip. It was a quick drive to Busch Stadium for a game. We also walked to the zoo and dinner. The fenced yard was great for our dogs, and the neighborhood was easy for walking them too. Beds were comfortable and the host provided everything we needed. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and didn’t require any extra work from us at check out. We do plan to stay here again when we are in St. Louis.”

“Lovely place, great location. The floors are very creeky, so if you need a lot of quiet during the night be prepared. ”

“The house was in a fantastic location, was very clean. The only minor issue was that the Internet went out the day we arrived, making it a little clunky for the first 24 hours.”

“I would most definitely come back my family enjoy themselves”

“To future guests with dogs: yes, its fully fenced in.We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just a mile walk from Forest Park and the St. Louis Zoo. It’s a fantastic location for exploring the city. The pool table was a fun bonus, and we especially appreciated the blackout curtains since we’re a family of night owls. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. We’d happily stay here again!”

“Felt like home. Great location. Wonderful hosts!”

“The check in process and communication was stellar. We knew we were staying in a historic home so expectations were correct. The neighborhood seemed safe and parking on the street was fine and shaded. For the age of the house, it was very clean. The amenities were nice! There were quite a few bugs(silver fish and millipedes) and strong smell of mildew or mold throughout the house(could smell it outside the front door too). Maybe some dehumidifiers would be helpful. Overall a great stay!”

“Only trivial complaints, lack of food storage in kitchen, lack of towel racks in bathroom, limited sitting space in living room. Other than that it was great, host got back to my questions within minutes, 10 min away from Zoo and Botanical Gardens, 15 away from Arch, Aldi close by”

“Five stars in every way. The house was perfect for my needs, well-maintained, clean and comfortable, and Josiah was beyond attentive and helpful. It was as easy and pleasant an experience as I've ever had. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“We enjoyed having the entire house to ourselves, with no noise from other units. The kitchen was very good. It was nice to be able to park our car in the rear instead of on the street. My only recommendation would be to add a dresser or chest of drawers to the bedrooms, or at least a luggage rack to put a suitcase on. Overall, it was quite good and I would definitely stay here again.”
