“Only issue we had was when we checked in we asked for a late checkout and they guy told us 1130am, no problem. Ok. Then at 11am they are beating on the door telling us we need to leave now, there are no late checkouts and we need to get out making us scramble to GTFO even when they learned that we had a late checkout. It was just unprofessional but this was only the second instance of many stays here that was bad, I hope they get themselves together a little better next time I stay here”

“The staff were friendly, caring, very helpful and wonderful. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean and towels etc were there and if you needed anything they got it for you. We were able to get into our room early. We got there at 2pm and generally the rooms are ready about 3. The room was ready for guest. They do serve breakfast but it was the same everyday, but it was always hot and restocked and the breakfast area was clean. You could get coffee always there anytime even though you had a...
