“Clean rooms”

“The hotel was okay for a quick sleep before a early flight. It was clean but felt dated. The pillows were weird square pillows. I ask for normal pillows but I guess they didn't have any.”

“The room was clean but had a slight smell when entering. We got the king suite and it was smaller than expected but clean. The hotel is central to some restaurants and gas stations. Close to the airport if needed. There is NO SWIMMING POOL as advertised on Expedia and we had plan for pool days.”

“When you walk in, it smells fine. When we opened the door to go back to our room the hallway it doesn’t smell great, but once we got to our room the smell was decidedly bad. The kitchen cupboards need updated. It was nice having a full size refrigerator. Our room had exactly 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. No hand towels and no towels in the kitchen either. WiFi worked well, as did the air conditioner. Also, the color scheme of tan and brown, made things seem dingy and depressing. It also...

“My first room, i couldn't get in. Door wouldn't open. Lock was jammed. My 2nd room, smelled musty and it was so late, i just went to bed. When i got up in morning to shower, the toilet was clogged with toilet paper. The shower had build up on grout and the shower heads had calcium buildup. The shower tub was peeling. The elevator looked it hasn't been cleaned in a year. Horrible hotel to stay, very dirty! I do not recommend anyone staying there.”

“Air conditioner didn't work the best and the pool wasn't unlocked at 9am when I went down to take a swim. Not very soundproof so bring earplugs. The breakfast had no protein options other than the sausage in the gravy. Halls smelled funny. The staff was nice. Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable.”

“So toilets are so low they are toddler height-do a deep knee bend to sit down. The tv is 50 channel selection of direct tv but only a few actually transmit -finally figured out on my 2nd day if you turn the tv off then on again you can get the channel to transmit video-otherwise it says it only transmits audio-so changing channels and getting video transmission meant turning it off and on. Third, the beds are very soft so no support-back was hurting after the first night and it was a challenge...

“The first room they put me in TV didn't work. They moved me to another room. The TV was ok. The volume would go up and down on it's on. Very annoying.”

“The rooms were very clean and cozy practically zero signs of previous use other than the AC unit constantly rattling as though something was stuck inside of it the front desk was immensely helpful and accommodating”

“The staff was friendly and courteous. The only real issue was the room next door had an alarm clock that went off from 530 a m to 8 00. The maintenance guy finally got the people next door to shut it off.”
