“We had to go to 3 different rooms to find one that did not have a terrible smell when we checked in. Then they had a sign at breakfast about offering alternatives for food allergies but it took 3 days for them to get gluten free bread. Then the streaming service went out for the whole hotel, then the internet went out for the whole hotel, (this was all out for days) then one day we needed new towels and toilet paper but apparently you can’t get service except on certain days so you are kinda...

“We stayed here just before July 4th weekend. The staff was absolutely fantastic! Top level customer service. Everyone from the manager to wonderful ladies working the breakfast to the janitor and housekeeping would say hello or good morning. The house keeping arranged my daughter's stuffed animals on the bed and she loved it.
The only little issue was our shower kept running slowly. I am sure if we would have let them know they would have switched us rooms. But we decided to just deal with...

“While our room was clean and comfortable, A/C worked great, the shower needed some bleach work, door track was black and floor pan of shower was orange in spots.
We checked in on a Thursday, kids used pool, Friday someone apparently barged in pool. We were told pool had to be drained, cleaned, refilled. Next 3 days, we never saw any of this being done. VERY DISSAPPOINTING as now the kids couldn't swim, 98° outside!!! A very faint apology with no amends from staff.”
