“For the price, it was a great stay. We had two rooms for one night. The rooms were decent for the price, and we got complimentary breakfast and drinks( wine anf beer). The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were neat and clean. Plus, there was plenty of parking.”

“Breakfast had so much variety! Since being home, my phone was missing. I called the front desk, who got housecleaning to check my room. They both responded so quickly and kindly. Phone has been found.”

“I booked this hotel to better understand why it was rated so high. Now, I understand. Cleanliness of room/bathroom - impeccable. Hot breakfast - delicious. Staff - friendly with a customer-first mentality. Kickback snacks are WAAAYYY more than just snacks!! If you're a fan of the happy hour at Embassy Suites, Drury puts them to shame! This experience (along with kickback snacks) has caused my wife and I to leave Embassy for Drury. Kudos! You've just gained another customer and we travel A LOT!”

“On my second night someone entered my room after 10:00 and claimed they had put their belongings in the room earlier. No one answered at the desk when my husband called to find out how someone else had a card to get in our room. Upon checking out the next morning, we told the clerk what happened and she took our phone number for the manager to call us-no one ever did.”

“The breakfast was your typical Best Western Breakfast. It was well stocked and the helper was so personable! We tried to use the pool at night. The water temperature was quite chilly but the water was also pretty murky. We chose not to use it.”

“Nic, clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice. The room had some wear and tear-dead bolt was loose, missing electrical plate, loose toilet seat and a burnt out light bulb, but clean and comfortable (great mattresses).”

“The staff is great. Everyone I encountered was friendly...quiet, but friendly. Great value. Room was clean. Get what you pay for and nothing else for sure.”

“Early morning check out no one was at the desk. Informed security I was checking out and took the shuttle to airport. Check my credit card a few days later to see if they had released the hold on my card they haven’t. Called to find out why they didn’t check me out yet after 3 days. Couldn’t believe it. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues checking out at 4am.”

“We felt like we were with family. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was great. The hot tub and pools make it so much more enjoyable. They offer a mini dinner from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, which I thought was a great asset, especially for families. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only issue was that the dryer was not working when I was there. Overall, I would stay there again.”
