“Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. ”

“I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. “Host was very attentive. Self check-in is well explained and trouble-free. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safer - lots of people out walking dogs etc. Laundry is available but not in the unit - there are dedicated machines in the basement. Zoomies is nearby for coffee, and Onesto’s is very close for a nice dinner.
