Hotel a Frontenac

“The restaurant for dinner had a nice menu. The breakfast buffet was decent, but not fantastic. The hotel setting is beautiful, but our room was arranged so that when the door opened from the hallway, the bed was right there. We did not like the arrangement of the room, and it was very, very dark with a tiny window looking out into the back unloading dock.”

“The hotel was very charming and clean, room was comfortable. I have some back problems so I was worried when I saw other reviews complaining about the beds but I personally had no issues, they were very comfortable. Lots of parking, and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.”

“I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. Windows are dirty, space smelled musty, and the property is generally tired and run-down. When I asked for my wifi password as...

“I like the location for being close to the airport. No airport shuttle. The breakfast was good. The room was nice. The door was not secure. It closed and locked. But there were gaps. The door did not “fit” the doorway as snuggly as I would like. It was noisy. You could hear the bumping in the other rooms next door and on the floor above me. Lots of kids that weekend. Beautiful staff.”

“Room was on lower level there was a bit of an issue with mildew smell, overall this motel has came a LONG way. Its being managed much better now & was convenient ”
