“The hotel was amazing! We came to St. Louis for a Cardinals game and other downtown activities. While parking isn’t free, we took advantage of the garage where we felt our vehicle was very safe the entire time. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well with no back pains. Our only suggestion to the hotel would be to have better toilet paper lol. “All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel.
La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco.

“The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was extremely helpful when we arrived. Sorry I can’t remember his name. Upgraded our room. Showed us the members lounge. The room was clean and comfortable. We did pay to valet park just because it was convenient. So close to Busch Stadium. Definitely will stay here again if we return to St Louis.”
