“The room was big and clean breakfast was good staff was very friendly and helpfull”

“The room was nice and clean. Zero conditioner in the large attached bottle on the shower wall. They had no A/C running on the main floor and in the hallways. Uncomfortable eating bkfst with it being hot in the dining room. Bkfst was very basic and mediocre. Gravy was cold. 4 out of 10”

“El escusado estaba tapado cuando llegamos. Lo reporte al front desk para que me enviaran a alguien de mantenimiento. La respuesta no fue la que esperaba. Me dieron un destapacaños para que yo lo hiciera, y me comentaron que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles por lo que ojalá que lo lograra destapar yo. Muy mal servicio, y más cuando el escusado ya estaba dañado antes que llegara yo. La zona parece peligrosa, por la noche los huéspedes del cuarto de a lado no pararon de hacer ruido y hablar...

“Nothing. Worst ever not 1 dirty room not talk about like not vacuumed talking room was never touched by housekeeping bed was left from guest before, ok sorry but then another room on a different floor the exact same way! Finally the 3 rd on another floor had been cleaned aleast didn’t look like someone just got out of the bed. Only 1 elevator working. Worst experience ever!!”

“If you have the money, spend it elsewhere. This was the filthiest room I’ve ever been given. I only stayed because I was in the city for less than 24 hours and didn’t want to deal with the headache of finding another place on a time crunch. Sheets were stained, pillows were flat and yellow, sink was clogged in the restroom and the bathroom had hairs all over the toilet and bathtub. The floor was sticky and gross, I wouldn’t have rented that room to a stray animal.”

“Stay in the cardboard box outside instead. The room was dirty, there was no hot water for showers, the service was unpleasant and unreliable. There was much smoking inside which resulted in a terrible stale smell. (Just smoke outside) and lots of uncertain characters outside which felt unsafe. The security doors that require key access inside were just open, and some rooms have cable while others didn’t. Honestly, do not stay here. ”

“There were live bugs crawling around public hair and toenail clippings under the bed. blood on the bed food everywhere’s “read my google review. “To much to retype and go through. End of the day I swore at belittled called names told to get the f out and leave the property. Finally got a refund after 3 days of being ignored by them. Good luck if you decide to stay. Smelled like drugs as well.”

“I would not recommend this location, especially for families. Our stay was very disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. We found ants in the kitchen, and the stovetop gas was not working, making the kitchen useless. Additionally, the unit was not clean, the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, and the door was jammed, which felt like a safety hazard. Overall, the property felt unsafe and poorly maintained”

“Es un hotel de paso si solo quieres llegar a dormir pero el hotel está muy viejo aún que lo remodelaron el baño no me gustó porque la tina tenía óxido en la coladera el lavabo súper bajito”
