Hotel vicino a Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis

“Great place”

“Well I’m not a complainer, but we thought the casino was not the cleanest, empty beer cans full ashtrays and not sure when the last time a machine was wiped off. We went to the sports bar for a quick dinner and a couple of drinks the waitress was ok but they can’t answer a question. Never got the drink that I ordered, finally told them to forget it. Anyway make sure you have your hand sanitizer if you plan on spending time in the casino! ”

“The check-in staff were very friendly. Room was clean and loved the full refrigerator with ice maker! Will stay again!”

“After a chilly afternoon poolside, I was looking forward to a hot shower and instead experienced one with barely any warmth. You would think this wouldn’t be the case in such a nice establishment. I stay here agin in June and will ask for a lower level room, hopefully it will help. Other than that, I love the place. ”

“I would not recommend this location, especially for families. Our stay was very disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. We found ants in the kitchen, and the stovetop gas was not working, making the kitchen useless. Additionally, the unit was not clean, the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, and the door was jammed, which felt like a safety hazard. Overall, the property felt unsafe and poorly maintained”

“Not so professional receptionist..welcomed by a shabby looking property..room was still okay…parking lot smelt of weed..don’t feel it safe for women and kids..don’t recommend this place”

“Very nice hotel I always enjoy myself when I stay however this stay was a little stressful because the AC was not blowing out cold air we called the front desk to see if we could move to a different room or if someone could fix it and they said someone was on the way and 20 mins passed no one showed up and I was exhausted and needed to sleep so I had to deal with the heat all night”

“The hotel was clean the second floor that we stayed on had a weird trash smell, though that was overwhelming. The breakfast was OK only a few choices, but it wasn’t bad.”
