“Very nice hotel I always enjoy myself when I stay however this stay was a little stressful because the AC was not blowing out cold air we called the front desk to see if we could move to a different room or if someone could fix it and they said someone was on the way and 20 mins passed no one showed up and I was exhausted and needed to sleep so I had to deal with the heat all night”

“We started off with nobody at the desk to check in. We waited 10-15 minutes on someone as there were other guest coming in to check in as well. Maybe 8-10 customers standing there waiting on someone. The first room we were issued smelled like it was the community smoking room. So they issued us another room. We go to that room and the kitchen was a disaster, the bedding was folded laying on the bed not made, the phone was unplugged and sitting on a chair in the middle of the room, the floor was...

“Lets start by pulling in, the parking is cramped. The property is functional but old. The staff was very nice. The elevator was broken and I was put on third floor. The hallways including the stairwell smelled very strongly of the devils lettuce. Hallways and stairwells very dingy and not well taken care of. The room was very outdated but HVAC and TV worked fine. All and all everything is functional for me traveling by myself, had I had anyone with me I would have chosen someplace else. Just...
